The Leader of the revolution criticized the idea and proposal of disarming the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine, which was raised at the recent two-state solution conference held in New York, as well as the resulting vote by the Lebanese government’s cabinet to pursue the disarmament of the resistance in Lebanon.
Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi described this idea as “stupid” in every sense of the word, adding that it serves the interests of the Israeli and American enemies.
In his speech on Thursday regarding the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, the leader stated: “When the Israelis and Americans make a demand, it is purely from the perspective of Israeli interests.” He emphasized that Muslims must have a correct understanding of the nature of the conflict with the Israeli enemy, and that ignoring the reality and dynamics of this conflict is one of the catastrophic reasons behind the foolish choices of some regimes, governments, and elites.
He stressed that the proposal for disarmament contradicts common sense, tangible realities, and observations, and has no basis or legitimacy. He said: “The stupid proposal by some Arab regimes to strip peoples of their weapons has no justification whatsoever except that it is an Israeli-American demand.”
Regarding attempts to disarm the Lebanese resistance, the leader warned of the danger posed by the Israeli enemy, affirming that the threat is now greater while the Lebanese army is weaker than before. He noted that the enemy and some Arab regimes advocate disarming the resistance in Gaza while doing nothing to support Gaza itself.
The leader described Arab confusion—ranging from betrayal to adopting American and Western narratives regarding Palestinian oppression—as shameful and scandalous in the eyes of all nations. He pointed out that Arab regimes rely on foolish choices and misguided policies in confronting the Israeli and American onslaught of genocide, tyranny, occupation, and expansionist ambitions.
Sayyed Abdulmalik mocked what he called the “brilliance” of Arabs who seek to disarm Hamas, Palestinian factions, and Hezbollah, paving the way for the Israeli enemy to dominate the nation’s resources without resistance.
He affirmed that no one in the world supports the idea of disarming the resistance, saying: “It is naive to tell the oppressed and those whose land is occupied that their country should be without weapons, and that they should even be stripped of the simplest arms they possess.”
He reminded Arabs and Muslims that the Zionist Jews are completely unrestrained and savage, which contradicts these defeatist, complicit demands that tell the resistance and the free people of the nation: “You must give up any capabilities that represent strength to counter this danger.”
Continuing his discussion on the nation’s ability to confront the enemy, the leader emphasized that military strength is one of the foremost necessities in facing enemies and threats, as the Israeli enemy is not a fair adversary that considers the interests of all. He said: “The whole world knows that military strength is a primary requirement and necessity to confront enemies and dangers and to repel criminals and tyrants.”
He affirmed that the resistance and its weapons are the two factors that have prevented the Israeli enemy from reoccupying Lebanon, stating: “The sole deterrent that has stopped the Israeli enemy from reoccupying Lebanon is the resistance and its weapons, carried by its faithful men.”
The leader also stressed that choices must be based on a true awareness of the enemy and the Palestinian cause, explaining that Jews view other peoples—especially Arab and Muslim nations—as not even at the level of humans. In some Talmudic texts, they are considered lower than dogs and pigs.
Sayyed Abdulmalik added that the Jewish religious belief despises Arabs to the extent that they regard them as inferior to dogs and pigs, and that Jews have no respect for human life, believing that shedding the blood of non-Jews is an offering to God.
He pointed out that everything the Jews have done in the Gaza Strip against the Palestinian people, in full view of the world, was based on these dark, false beliefs. He noted that the Israeli enemy holds a religious conviction that they must dominate the region and exterminate its people, considering this a sacred duty driven by extreme hatred.
He emphasized that the Americans and Israelis, with all their crimes and tyranny, are the ones who should be told they must not possess weapons and military capabilities. He added: “The two-state solution has been proposed since an early stage, always as a deception on one hand and to prevent any Palestinian or Arab action against the occupation and Israeli control on the other.”
Concluding his remarks on the resistance’s weapons, the leader stressed that Arabs must make real efforts to support the Palestinian people and empower them to confront the Israeli occupation. He affirmed that “had the Arabs from the beginning focused on building up the Palestinian people to be strong and possess military power, the situation would have been entirely different.”
He added that the choice of the mujahideen, despite their limited resources, proves to be a successful option that the nation should support. He said: “Our mujahideen brothers in the Gaza Strip continue their heroic jihad operations with unparalleled dedication and sacrifice.”
The leader noted the imminent defeat of the Israeli enemy, citing the disappointment expressed by former Israeli military intelligence chief Amos Yadlin, who said: “Israel is facing exhaustion, is stuck in Gaza, and is approaching a deep strategic defeat.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik stated: “The religious belief is the primary foundation of the project to usurp Palestine and regions including the Levant, Iraq, Egypt, and vast areas of the Arabian Peninsula, including Mecca and Medina.” He stressed that “resistance is the correct choice.”
He affirmed that “Jews view other peoples, especially Muslims and Arabs, as not even at the level of humans; in some Talmudic texts, they are considered lower than dogs and pigs. Jews also consider all Arabs and Muslims a cursed nation that must be exterminated.”
He explained that “the dark cultural background of Jews results in crime and tyranny; Jews do not recognize Arabs and Muslims as having any rights—their blood, honor, and wealth are considered forfeit. The Jewish religious belief despises Arabs to the point of considering them inferior to dogs and pigs.”
“Jews have no respect for human life and believe that shedding the blood of non-Jews is an offering to God. Everything the Jews have done in Gaza against the Palestinian people, in full view of the world, was based on these dark, false beliefs.”
He warned that “the Israeli enemy holds a religious belief that they must dominate the region and exterminate its peoples, considering this a sacred duty driven by extreme hatred.” He added that “the religious belief of Zionist Jews is entirely aligned with these expansionist ambitions, violations, and the Zionist vision of global domination through this region as a base for a worldwide ruling government.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik added that “the U.S. ambassador falsely claims that God chose the Jewish people and gave them the mission to be a ‘light unto the nations,’ through whom divine truth will be revealed. The ambassador also falsely claims that God gave them the land, while Arabs go to the Americans begging for the return of Palestine.”
He pointed out that “from the American perspective, the land for Jews is not just Palestine but the entire region,” noting that “Americans consider any support for the Israeli enemy an honor, as seen in the statements of the U.S. House Speaker during his visit to West Bank settlements.”
He added: “Americans see supporting the Israeli enemy as an honor, backing crime, tyranny, and injustice, while the Islamic nation does not rally to support the oppressed within the framework of justice.”
He explained that “the Americans who support Israeli crime and injustice and falsely attribute lies to God act out of an ingrained habit and a deviant historical legacy.” He noted that “the Americans, with all their brutality and crimes, have never apologized to Japan for the atomic bombings.”
He stressed that “the Americans and Israelis, with all their crimes and tyranny, are the ones who should be told they must not possess weapons and military capabilities—they are practitioners of genocide by ideology and action, posing a danger to all human societies.” He affirmed that “they are the ones who should be told that their possession of weapons threatens humanity, not the oppressed who adhere to human and ethical principles.”
The disasters and losses in Palestine and elsewhere are the result of foolish, ignorant visions not based on sound foundations in assessing the cause and the enemy.”
He explained that the “two-state solution” was proposed early on and has always been a tool of deception to prevent any Palestinian or Arab action against the occupation and Israeli control.” He stressed that “the two-state solution is repeatedly proposed to deceive, decade after decade, up to today—77 years later.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik affirmed that “the choice of the mujahideen, despite their limited resources, proves to be a successful option that the nation should support. Our mujahideen brothers in Gaza continue their heroic jihad operations with unparalleled dedication and sacrifice.”
He highlighted that “Al-Qassam Brigades carried out nearly 12 diverse operations this week, including joint operations with Al-Quds Brigades and other factions. The Israeli enemy expresses frustration, demonstrating the effectiveness of the resistance’s actions in Gaza.”
He referred to statements reflecting “Israeli disappointment, expressed by former Israeli military intelligence chief Amos Yadlin, who said Israel is facing exhaustion, is stuck in Gaza, and is approaching a deep strategic defeat.” He considered “Zionist leaders’ statements about fully occupying Gaza as confirmation that this does not mean the end of the battle or Hamas, but rather a long-term war of attrition.”
He added that “protests in America, Europe, and 17 other countries are being met with suppression and persecution,” mentioning “large demonstrations in Norway’s capital amid heavy rain and major protests in Australia.”
The leader stated that “Americans continue to harass university students, with some university administrations cooperating with them against students through arbitrary measures.”
He praised “the Slovenian government’s good step as the first European country to ban arms imports, exports, and transfers to Israel,” adding that “all European governments should follow Slovenia’s example if they are sincere in their expressed sympathy for the Palestinian people.”
