I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad’s good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
The Israeli enemy continues its aggression in the crime of the century—the genocidal campaign against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip—in full view of the entire world. Indeed, all people daily see the details of that genocide in horrifying, tragic scenes that disturb the human conscience and compel anyone who still possesses an ounce of that conscience to take a stand and feel their humanitarian and moral responsibility. If one loses that, he loses his value as a human being.
In its criminal actions and collective extermination of the Palestinian people, the Israeli enemy employs every means of extermination unabated, including through airstrikes with American and British bombs and British and German munitions. Furthermore, it relies on Arab fuel and oil to power its tanks, vehicles, and aircraft. It also benefits from the profound complacency and absence of any meaningful stance in the Islamic world, at a time when the highest level of response is needed, given the humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility, what concerns this Ummah in its security, freedom, independence, and vital interests, and the threats facing all, not just the Palestinians.
The Israeli enemy continues to starve the people, with daily instances of martyrdom resulted from starvation—an appalling crime in itself. It persists with its deadly traps, a daily practice of sheer criminality, tyranny, and aggression. It continues to deny people water and goes ahead with its forced displacement of hundreds of thousands from Gaza City—a city devastated by its aggression and criminality—as it intensifies attacks and seeks to overrun the city and also northern Gaza. It targets the forcibly displaced—even in the streets, and even in areas designated for them as ‘safe zones’—with shelling, sniper attacks, and airstrikes; it targets women and children, the elderly and the young, violating the sanctity of human life and disregarding all values, morals, laws, conventions, and divine teachings. It demonstrates utter contempt for everything, acting with no restraint or regard for anything.
What has emboldened the Israeli enemy is the sheer scale of inaction on the part of those who ought to bear responsibility above all—Muslims—who have stood by as these atrocities are committed in their own lands against a people who are part of them. In fact, they themselves are also targets of Israeli aggression, tyranny, and Zionist plans.
The extent of Israeli tyranny and criminality, and the passage of over twenty-three months (nearly two years) of continued aggression and mounting crimes, together with the sheer scale of the resulting catastrophe and injustice for the Palestinian people, means that the responsibility grows ever greater:
- Some of these Arab regimes and others in the Islamic world maintain diplomatic, economic, political, intelligence, and security relations with the Israeli enemy. Yet, not one of them, at that summit—as self-proclaimed leaders of the Islamic world—announced a complete severance of ties or a total boycott: political, diplomatic, economic, or intelligence.
- given that many have allowed this enemy access to their skies. While some countries have taken this step and closed their airspace, others still permit Israeli flights.
- They could have removed this label—a move that would certainly trouble the Israeli enemy—and start showing a positive attitude towards our fellow mujahidin in Palestine.
- This is a readily available step.
- Many regimes, however, ban and prevent any form of public solidarity with the Palestinian people. Indeed, they criminalise any activities of that kind and mete out imprisonment or fines for such activities, and in some countries, people may even face death.
- organised by leading academics in Sana’a. This conference holds great significance, featuring key contributions and guiding university and academic work worldwide towards constructive, meaningful, and fruitful paths. Such paths contribute to raising the level of awareness within this Ummah, to deepening its insight, and to strengthening its adherence to the true visions derived from the Holy Quran—visions that restore this Ummah to its rightful course in its relationship with its Prophet, the Holy Quran, and with Allah (Glory be to Him).
- , among the university activities this week are demonstrations taking place at most Yemeni universities in the free governorates: in Sana’a, Amran, Sa`dah, Ibb, Dhamar, Al-Hudaydah, Al-Bayda, Al-Mahwit, and Al-Jawf, across the various Yemeni governorates.
- This is an important effort within Yemeni universities. These symposia present facts about the Zionist project: its objectives, its background, the context of the American position within this project, the dangers posed by Zionist Jews to the Islamic world, and their various methods. Such topics ought to be included in symposia, various activities, and even in academic studies and research. They should also address the stance the Ummah ought to adopt, the responsibilities incumbent upon it, and the correct directions it should pursue in this regard.
The people in the Islamic world believe in Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and the Last Day. In other words, Allah (Glory be to Him) has made clear to us in His Holy Book our religious and faith-based responsibilities. If we neglect them, there is clear and explicit warning in the Holy Quran of punishment from Allah in this world and the Hereafter. Muslims need look no further than any of these blessed verses: Allah (the Almighty) says, {‘If you do not march forth, He will afflict you with a painful torment and replace you with other people, and you can do Him no harm at all. And Allah is Most Capable of everything‘}[At-Tawbah 9:39], and He also says, {‘Then wait until Allah executes His command. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people‘}[At-Tawbah 9:24]. There are many clear and explicit verses in the Holy Quran, demonstrating the dangers of neglecting responsibility and the vital importance of this duty for us in this life—bringing honour, victory, strength, and protection for the Ummah—and in the Hereafter, as Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran: {‘Do you think you will enter Jannah without Allah proving which of you [truly] struggled [for His cause] and patiently endured‘}[Ali ‘Imran 3:142].
In addition to the ongoing Israeli crimes that amount to genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip—with widespread scenes of every aspect of life, from daily living to healthcare, turned into sources of suffering and tragedy by the Israeli enemy, which targets the Palestinian people in every way possible—the Israeli enemy continues to violate the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. It also pushes ahead with its efforts to Judaise the entire city of Al-Quds. It targets one of the most sacred sites for Muslims: the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the site of the Prophet’s Night Journey.
The Israeli enemy carries out daily incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, violating the sanctity of the mosque. This week, the criminals Netanyahu and Rubio, the US Secretary of State, took part in incursions, where they entered the Buraq Plaza and performed joint Talmudic rituals. During those Talmudic rituals, the criminal Rubio also inaugurated a tunnel running beneath the Al-Aqsa Mosque. This was followed by statements from the criminal Netanyahu, declaring that those rituals symbolisethe strength of the American–Israeli alliance.
In fact, their joint performance of the Talmudic rituals clearly reveals that that the American and Israeli agendas are one, serving as a wake-up call to this heedless Ummah, which fails to recognise the reality of the American position. The Americans and Israelis have the same agendas, with the same motives and backgrounds, and pursue the same goals and the same Zionist project. Both the Americans and the Israelis are wings of Zionism in this project. Britain, though involved, acts as a subordinate; the two main wings are the Americans and Israelis, with others merely acting as secondary arms and followers, including Britain and other European countries, whose role is even less significant than Britain’s.
In any case, their joint performance of the Talmudic rituals alerts all members of this Ummah to an important truth: The Zionist project and scheme is a joint enterprise for the Israeli, American, and Western Zionists, with all of them working together under this project to target our Islamic Ummah, Islamic religion, and Islamic sanctities. They target our peoples, homelands, freedom, and dignity, sparing nothing: Muslim blood, Muslim honour, the lands and wealth of this Muslim Ummah, and even its sacred sanctities.
In the West Bank, the enemy continues to commit all forms of aggression, including the following:
In Lebanon, the Israeli enemy continues its crimes and assaults through killings, demolitions, and the destruction of homes in the southern villages bordering occupied Palestine. At the same time, the Americans keep pressuring the Lebanese government to implement Israeli demands to disarm the resistance that protects Lebanon, safeguards its sovereignty, and prevents the Israeli enemy from occupying it.
Today marks the anniversary of the last day of the Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon, a massacre perpetrated by the Israeli enemy from 16 to 18 September 1982. That horrific, appalling massacre took place after the Palestinian resistance had surrendered its weapons. It was only after that when the Israeli enemy committed that brutal and barbaric crime.
The Israeli enemy perpetrated that horrific, heinous massacre in collusion with its collaborators in Lebanon at the time. Those took part in carrying out that appalling crime. This clarifies, or indeed attests to, many facts that are already plain. One of these facts is the great dangers of disarming and withdrawing weapons from those who protect the Ummah, its homelands and peoples. When the weapons that protect people are taken away, those people become vulnerable to annihilation. There remains no sanctity to their lives whatsoever, and they face unspeakable brutality with no protection and no accountability from anyone.
After that heinous crime, was there any move to punish those responsible or to provide justice for the thousands of wronged civilians who were killed?! According to some estimates, the massacre resulted in the martyrdom of more than three thousand five hundred Palestinian and Lebanese civilians over the course of just three days! This amounts to a genocidal and savage atrocity.
The details of that crime—how it was carried out and the methods of killing and extermination—are horrifying and painful. At the same time, they bring shame upon the enemy. They bear witness to this very important and major truth: These peoples need weapons placed in reliable and responsible hands acting within a framework of humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility to protect them from cold-blooded extermination. The killings and atrocities extended to children and women, including those inside hospitals. The enemy used bulldozers to hide hundreds of corpses, burying them in mass graves.
That crime stands among the gravest crimes committed by the Israeli enemy, and it demonstrated the danger posed by the absence of defensive strength to protect civilians. As we have mentioned, this proves that the problem does not lie with the resistance’s weapon. Indeed, the weapons that are dangerous and must be removed are those in the hands of criminals, who commit crimes and violate human lives. The danger lies in the Israeli enemy possessing arms.
Since the beginning of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, prohibiting the arming of the criminal Zionist Jews ought to have been a primary objective that the Islamic world (the governments and the peoples) had to seek through political effort and by all means. That is because their doctrine is one that permits for them to shed blood and human life, the life of human society, including civilians, even women and children. And they do indeed commit those crimes in reality.
The voice pressuring for a halt to their arming should have always been loud. That is because it is their weapons that pose a danger to this Ummah, not the weapons that protect people from their evil and stand to their crimes. In fact, they start the killing of these communities. They were the first to target the Palestinian people with killing, extermination, and occupation. Then, they unprovokedly moved to target Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and all other countries. Their Zionist scheme is aimed at this entire Ummah, grounded in violation. It is at this level, targeting everyone in this Ummah.
Therefore, this is one of the major lessons, and such a commemoration should reinforce this correct understanding and perspective, which is confirmed by both facts and lived realities:
The weapons of the resistance serve as a safeguard, shield, and stronghold for the peoples, protecting them and repelling cold-blooded mass extermination.
Regarding Syria, the situation there is one of unchecked aggression. The Israeli enemy, on a day-to-day basis, consolidates its occupation and control over southern Syria, continuing its operations in what it calls the ‘David’s Corridor’. The details include daily incursions and raids on villages and their Syrian inhabitants, with some raids carried out after midnight. The Syrian people in the south feel exposed and unprotected against the Israeli enemy. No party, whether those controlling Syria or others, offers any protection against the Israeli enemy. Raids, roadblocks, and all such daily measures serve only to entrench Israeli control over the south.
Regarding the Israeli aggression against Qatar, which violated its sovereignty and targeted the Palestinian negotiating delegation, the Israeli enemy persists in making threats of further violations. After the Arab Islamic summit, the Israeli position was made absolutely clear, with statements from the criminal Netanyahu, the so-called ‘Chief of Staff of the Israeli army’, and other criminal Zionists, all reaffirming the ongoing violations.
The Israeli enemy has affirmed that it will target anyone it wishes, at any time and in any place. In other words, it will strike any target it chooses, anytime and anywhere. This is one element of what it calls ‘Changing the Middle East’. One aspect of this is the expansion of its unchecked aggression to encompass the entire Islamic world, the whole Arab region, and all Muslim countries and peoples worldwide. This is just part of the broader plan of ‘Changing the Middle East’.
The criminal Netanyahu repeatedly expresses this objective every week, using the title of ‘Changing the Middle East’. This week, he expressed it saying, ‘Changing the Middle East’. He even frames these crimes, these assaults, these violations of state sovereignty, and the desecration of sanctities as part of this very agenda: as details of this title and as part of the practices of the Israeli enemy under this banner. For the Israeli enemy, the title ‘Changing the Middle East’ means occupying any area it wishes, targeting any country it chooses, and treating the entire region as open to violation—its blood, honour, wealth, sacred sites, and every other thing. This underscores the importance of the Ummah adopting a correct and deterrent position, for it is the lack of a genuine response from our Arab and Islamic Ummah that emboldens the Israeli enemy to continue and persist in its tyranny, aggression, and violations. This is precisely what emboldens the Israeli enemy.
The Israeli enemy is so wicked that it has no shred of human or moral values and shows no respect for anything, including norms, treaties, and laws. It is a malicious enemy that reached the utmost in crime, wickedness, and tyranny. That is why our position towards it must be built on a deep and clear understanding of its reality: its mentality, mindset, plans, projects, and objectives. We cannot ignore these realities and therefore take the wrong course of action.
What was the Israeli enemy’s reaction to the Arab-Islamic Summit? The summit in Qatar saw impressive participation, with the majority of nations represented at the highest official levels—presidents, princes, leaders, and kings. Only a few had no legitimate standing to represent their countries. Anyway, many were present in their official roles as presidents, princes, kings, and leaders. Yet they all attended, purporting to represent the Islamic world and all Arab countries, despite the fact that some of them lack any legal standing to represent their country, as they were even overtly hostile to their own people. But what came of it? As always—just broad, empty statements, lacking any tangible or decisive action.
Such weak and poor outcomes, following such high-level participation, only emboldened the Israeli enemy to persist in its unchecked aggression—not only against Qatar, but others too. An assault on Qatar signals an assault on the entire Gulf, on all its nations, on the wider Arab world, and on the entire Islamic world.
The Israeli enemy dares to brazenly assault Qatar, despite all its political weight, its wide-ranging international relations, and its substantial economic ties and shared interests with many nations, including major powers in both East and West. None of these factors meant anything to the Israeli enemy; it shows no regard for Qatar’s political weight, ties, international standing, and economic partnerships with major powers. Indeed, it dismissed all of that and proceeded to target Qatar.
This serves as a stark warning to the entire Islamic world—to the Gulf states, their governments, leaders, and everyone else. It means that the Israeli enemy will not respect any such considerations. Whether it’s significant economic interests with Western or Eastern countries, strong international ties, substantial political weight, or even the presence of American military bases once hoped to provide protection and deterrence—none of it matters.
In fact, the Israeli enemy sees American bases in any country as serving its own interests, smoothing the path for its aggression. American military, intelligence, and political influence—far from providing protection—actually facilitates Israeli attacks on any country it chooses, even those who once believed that having close military, intelligence, political, and economic ties with America would safeguard them. As for the Americans, they do not regard these considerations either; their main concern is to provide absolute support for the Israeli enemy. They are full partners in the Zionist scheme, seeing themselves as directly engaged in carrying out the Zionist agenda alongside the Israeli enemy.
Therefore, the summit should have yielded practical and effective outcomes. Has the condition of this entire Ummah, the two-billion-strong Muslim community—with all its immense weight, its vast capacities, resources, geographic span, and elements of strength—truly reached a point where it has no options or opportunities left for tangible action? The reality is quite the opposite. At the very least, we can say that there has been neither seriousness nor genuine will to take real action, although there are different reasons behind this. Some are influenced by ties to the enemy and serve its interests rather than those of their own Ummah; some are negligent. There are also those who are fearful and weak, and others are held back by factors and influences arising from these relations within the Ummah itself. Regardless of the cause, there may be many paths, but they all lead to the same destination: an immense disaster for this Ummah. This is the case when those self-proclaimed leaders gather, presenting themselves as representatives of all the Ummah’s strengths, but then take no concrete action in the face of the grave reality the Israeli enemy is determined to impose—a reality it has openly and repeatedly announced, under the clear slogan ‘Changing the Middle East’.
There are, in fact, viable options available—options that are straightforward—yet not a single one has been adopted. Take, for example, the following options:
This is an entirely achievable and effective step with real consequences for the Israeli enemy, for it is the one that benefits far more from these relations—economically, in intelligence, and in every way—while these regimes gain nothing but loss. Indeed, they are the losing side in every respect. However, we do not have enough time to delve into all the details of this fact.
Consider the European summits and the decisions they make regarding Ukraine. Despite the vast difference between the Ukraine issue and the just cause of the Palestinian people, European summits consistently produce tangible results: announcements of hundreds of millions, even billions, in euros or dollars, as well as weapons and economic resources provided to Ukraine. Why did this summit not result in open and explicit support for the Palestinian people at all levels, including the financial, political, and media levels? This is a step entirely within their grasp.
They had many steps available, yet they did not take even one. No one was demanding that they go and fight the Israeli enemy. But why not, at the very least, sever ties with it? Why not put an end to their support and collaboration? The reality is that their relationship with the Israeli enemy is one of collaboration and support—one that benefits the Israeli enemy at every level.
The Israeli enemy’s response to the summit was clear, as we have said. As the summit was taking place, the criminal Netanyahu, together with the criminal American Secretary of State, was performing Talmudic rituals at the Al-Buraq Wall within the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Meanwhile, the American position was made plain by dispatching the Secretary of State to occupied Palestine to back the Israeli enemy and to reaffirm America’s open and absolute support—support that manifests itself through concrete action that stands in stark contrast to the empty statements of the Arab summits. The Americans provide the Israeli enemy with money, weapons, political and media backing—every conceivable form of support. In short, they stand firmly and actively with the Israeli enemy. By contrast, the Arabs do not stand for one another—neither for the Palestinian people nor for anyone else, not even for themselves. They are all targeted by this doctrine of unchecked aggression; the project of ‘Changing the Middle East’ threatens them all, and every aspect of it is perilous for all. This reality of unchecked aggression the Israeli enemy aims to entrench across the region is part of this project.
It is deeply regrettable that these summits amount to nothing more than empty statements, with no real action. The Israeli enemy has mocked these outcomes, openly and brazenly declaring that they mean nothing and insisting on pressing ahead with this agenda even more broadly. It is telling everyone that the violation of sovereignty could extend to all Arab nations and the entire Islamic world, not just Qatar. This should be more than enough to stir this Ummah to action.
The outcomes and speeches of that summit were themselves clear evidence of this Ummah’s turning away from the Holy Quran, as seen among its leaders, governments, regimes, most elites, and most popular movements. These are unmistakable signs of this reality. No one seems to consider returning to the Holy Quran or adopting a Quranic position, even though, at this critical juncture, the Ummah is in desperate need of measuring its position against this great and essential standard. Only this can lift the Ummah from the abyss into which it has fallen: to hold firmly, together, to the rope of Allah; to act collectively according to Allah’s guidance; and to be illuminated by His light and great guidance. Allah has said about the Holy Quran, {‘Verily, this Quran guides to that which is most right ‘}[Al-Isra 17:9]. Know your enemy through the Quran, so that you can gain correct knowledge and therefore take correct positions and actions; likewise, turn to the Holy Quran for practical solutions and the steps and positions you should take, so that you act in the most upright, effective, and positive way: It is {‘with which Allah guides those who seek His pleasure to the ways of peace’}[Al-Ma’idah 5:16].
It was shameful and humiliating that the summit statement described Israeli aggression as an obstacle to establishing normal relations with Israel—such a phrase is utterly debased and deeply shameful. It is as if their only regret is the embarrassment the Israeli enemy’s actions cause them in their relations with it.
In any case, for the entire Islamic world—with all its power, resources, and peoples—to respond with such impotence and inaction in the face of the Israeli enemy’s hatred and ambitions only encourages that enemy, making the summit’s very outcomes a further source of encouragement.
The Americans, too, have made clear that they will continue to stand with the Israeli enemy in this policy of unchecked aggression. Although some American officials have made token conciliatory statements out of courtesy to the Qataris, the real American position is absolutely clear: They stand with the Israeli enemy and continue to support it in every way. The Americans are effectively saying that they will provide support for the Israeli entity and stand with it no matter what it does.
Regarding Palestinian steadfastness in the Gaza Strip, despite a prolonged and severe blockade and all-out destructive aggression, our fellow mujahidin continue their heroic operations. The Al-Qassam Brigades, the Al-Quds Brigades, and other factions continue their operations in Khan Younis, the northern part of the Strip, and across various fronts, including Gaza City, where the Israeli enemy concentrates its field military efforts, aiming at direct occupation.
These operations include targeting enemy vehicles and tanks and setting them alight, conducting ambushes, utilising improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and executing sniper actions. These are diverse monumental, heroic operations, occurring despite the lack of support from the Muslim Ummah.
Had this Ummah provided merely adequate support to the Palestinian people, the situation would be different. Instead, many of its regimes actively conspire against them, while others shirk their responsibility to support them.
With regard to demonstrations supporting Palestine, this week witnessed protests and rallies in six Arab countries and fourteen other countries around the world, including decent protests in New York, America, and strong ones in Berlin, Germany. In Germany, there has also been a noticeable increase in activities to boycott Israeli agricultural products, which is a positive development, even though it is currently limited to agricultural goods. Nonetheless, the boycott appears to be gaining momentum.
Such a boycott should have been complete and all-encompassing throughout the entire Islamic world. This is what responsibility and the correct stance require.
Notably, the Prime Minister of Spain made a statement, expressing his sorrow at what is happening to the Palestinian people; he said: ‘ Spain, as you know, doesn’t have nuclear bombs, aircraft carriers, or large oil reserves. We alone can’t stop the Israeli offensive. But that doesn’t mean we will stop trying. Because there are causes worth fighting for, even if winning them is not solely in our hands.‘
He aspires for his country to paly such a role that can push back the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and put an end to it. Yet he recognises that Spain lacks the means to achieve that aim, but he affirms that this will not deter their efforts. This is a conscious position, expressed in the words, ‘There are causes that are worth fighting for‘: He means they will continue political, economic, and other pressures. By using the term ‘fighting for’, he demonstrates the depth of their concern and the advanced nature of that stance.
In contrast, Arab leaders, governments, and regimes have fallen far short of expressing such sorrow over the Palestinian tragedy and showing such solidarity with the Palestinian people. The position taken by some Arab regimes falls short of that taken by Spain or Venezuela, which is currently facing significant American targeting due to its independent course.
Venezuela is a sovereign country that refuses to bow down or submit to America. The American enemy harbours animosity towards it because of its independent course and covets its vast oil wealth. In fact, Venezuela possesses enormous oil reserves that the Americans covet. Consequently, at this stage, the Americans have turned to targeting Venezuela under an exposed pretext: combating drugs.
The largest active player in the drug trade worldwide is America, as is the biggest consumer and the largest dealer of drugs. And the most organised trafficking and promotional activities are tied to its intelligence agencies. These are well-known facts backed by statistics and figures. Even during the period of direct U.S. occupation of Afghanistan, the Americans turned Afghanistan into a drug-producing farm. After their departure and the end of their direct occupation, drug production in Afghanistan—according to UN statistics—fell by 97%, marking a dramatic shift. This indicates that the Americans were sponsoring drug production in Afghanistan, and when they were expelled, the situation changed completely. Yet they now use this very pretext to target free Venezuela. The truth is that they aim to take control of it and seize its large oil reserves out of greed. They show no regard for the sovereignty of states or anything else. Their priority is to dominate and plunder the riches of nations. This is American: the self-proclaimed champion of democracy and human rights. It plunders, kills, enslaves, and subjugates people whenever the opportunity arises in any country, without the slightest hesitation. Such is America’s targeting of Venezuela today.
Anyway, the positions of Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, and South Africa—countries outside the Muslim world—are more advanced than those of many regimes and rulers within the Muslim world, including Arabs and others.
As for Yemen, its position remains steadfast on all fronts, under the broad and significant banner of the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad—a title chosen deliberately to express the true essence of this position.
At the level of military support operations, twenty-four missiles and drones were launched this week. Some operations targeted deep within occupied Palestine, including a recent operation using a hypersonic missile, which had a significant impact:
- sounded throughout much of Palestine.
- of settlers rushed to shelters.
- traffic at Lod Airport was brought to a standstill.
- presidential aircraft, known as the ‘Wing of Zion’, was forced into an emergency landing.
This operation and others involving missiles and drones all took place this week.
The blockade of Israeli shipping in the Red Sea and the Bab Al-Mandab strait remains in effect, with continued operations targeting Israeli vessels. And to all those attempting to stop this effort, I say: No matter what you do to protect Israeli ships and enable Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, and the Bab Al-Mandab, all your efforts are in vain.
The Saudi regime, at a time when Israeli tyranny is at its peak, as seen in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Qatar, and amid the Israeli open declaration of imposing a status quo of unchecked aggression against every country in the region, including Saudi Arabia—indeed, the Israeli enemy does not see Saudi Arabia as an exception; it is included in the Zionist project, under the banner of ‘Changing the Middle East’. No matter what Saudi Arabia offers—intelligence, financial, or political support, or even helping to confine the Arab and Islamic response to mere statements with no concrete action—the Israeli enemy will not appreciate any of that. Allah, the Most Truthful, has said, {‘Never will the Jews or Christians be pleased with you, until you follow their faith‘}[Al-Baqarah 2:120]. Whatever you do for them will not benefit you. The Quran affirms this in many verses, not only this one, showing that they remain enemies no matter what you do for them. You need look no further than this verse: {‘Here you are! You love them but they do not love you‘}[Ali ‘Imran 3:119]. It is enough to consider this verse: {‘Their only desire is to see you suffer‘}[Ali ‘Imran 3:118]. The Quran contains many truths about their hatred and how they treat you solely as objects of exploitation.
The Saudi announcement of a partnership with Britain to protect Israeli shipping in the Red Sea—there is no need to say that any move taken by any side in the name of protecting maritime navigation is, in truth, nothing but an effort to protect Israeli ships, as these are the only ones targeted. Are Saudi or British ships being targeted? No. British ships were only targeted when Britain joined the Americans in the aggression against Yemen to support the Israeli enemy. Once Britain withdrew, the attacks on its ships ceased. It amounts to a betrayal of the Ummah that the Saudi regime announces such a partnership with Britain to protect Israeli shipping, especially at this critical juncture, where the Zionist Israeli enemy has reached the utmost in its crimes in Gaza and begun its ground incursion into Gaza City, displacing a million Palestinians and escalating its starvation and genocide against the Palestinian people—this is not to mention its aggression against Syria, Lebanon, and Qatar, and its open declaration of imposing a status quo of unchecked aggression against the entire Ummah. However, they will not succeed: Neither Britain nor the Saudis, nor any party that aligns itself with the Israeli enemy to protect its ships, will ever succeed.
Anyone in this Ummah, whether from Arab countries or elsewhere, who uses Israeli terminology or descriptions regarding the Yemeni position is, in reality, serving the Israeli agenda. We often hear the Yemeni position—which is a humanitarian, Quranic, and religious position—labelled as an ‘Iranian position’. These labels originate with the Israeli enemy. Therefore, when some—whether regimes or others acting as proxies—use such descriptions, they are not different from parrots, mindlessly echoing Israeli narratives to justify both Israeli actions and their own betrayal and collaboration with the enemy.
This is also the case when it comes to terms like ‘protecting navigation’. No harm in the Red Sea, the Bab Al-Mandab, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea is intended except for Israeli ships. This is all part of our just and legitimate cause aimed at supporting the Palestinian people as jihad for Allah’s sake and standing against an enemy that targets and endangers our entire Ummah. Yet some continue to use Israeli language and terminology.
If anyone chooses to get involved alongside the Israeli enemy in any assault on our country, they will be dealt with as part of our battle with the Israeli enemy itself. It remains the same battle; no label or proxy can change its course. Therefore, I advise the Saudi regime and others: Do not entangle yourselves in military support for the Israeli enemy in an attempt to protect its ships at sea. Have some shame! This is a disgrace, and you will not succeed. By Allah’s will, you will never be able to protect its ships or secure their passage, no matter what you do, provide, or conspire. Allah (Glory be to Him) is our helper and protector—what an excellent protector, and what an excellent helper! This will bring you nothing but loss; anyone who aligns himself with the Israeli enemy is bound to lose, and in these times, it is nothing less than a great disgrace. The matter is clear for all to see.
As for the public activities, they continue as follows:
Our people remain steadfast in their position across all avenues: through demonstrations, rallies, and military action, on the media front, and in the political arena—all backed by the state and the public. Our people remain unwavering in this, and it is a sincere and serious position for the sake of Allah (Glory be to Him). It is driven by conviction, awareness, insight, and, above all, faith. Having awareness of the reality of the issue and the nature of this conflict is essential to rise to the level of this position and do our best. We act from a foundation of faith— faith in Allah, the Almighty—and in obedience to His commands. This position has never been imposed on our people, nor have they been driven to it by any country or party in the world. What unites us with the Islamic Republic of Iran and others in the Axis of Resistance are Quranic and Islamic orientations and a shared commitment to a unifying cause—a cause the entire Ummah should unite around, not just the Axis of Resistance.
It was the duty of the entire Ummah to sincerely adopt a united practical position against the Zionist threat—against the Israeli enemy and its American supporters who target this Ummah. Therefore, our position is Quranic, Islamic, humanitarian, and moral. It is an untainted and steadfast position that is just, noble, and honourable, guided by the pride of faith, human dignity, and religious responsibility.
Our country, both the state and the public, moves within the framework of this position, for it constitutes one of the most accurate and proper exemplifications of jihad in the path of Allah (Glory be to Him). We strive in the path of Allah because He commanded us in the Holy Quran to strive, although He is not in need of our striving, as He says, {‘And whoever strives [in Allah’s cause], only does so for their own good. Surely Allah is not in need of [any of] His creation‘}[Al-‘Ankabut 29:6]. We must strive in the way of Allah because by doing so we preserve our humanity and our freedom. We are part of this Ummah, targeted just as it is targeted—and what is being targeted is, above all, our freedom and our dignity.
The Israeli and American enemies—the Zionist Jews and their fellow Zionist allies across the world—seek to enslave this Ummah. By Allah, they seek to turn the Ummah into slaves to themselves rather than servants of Allah. So when we stand against their aggression, their tyranny, their crimes, and their attempts to enslave this Ummah—including us, as we are part of it—we do so in the path of Allah in pursuit of what we urgently need: to take the position essential for our freedom, our dignity, our honour, and to stand to their efforts to globally impost a status quo of unchecked aggression.
We see, in this rightful position, that the sacrifices we offer in the path of Allah are noble: martyrdom in the path of Allah, which is an exalted station, not a loss. Consider what the Holy Quran says about those martyred in the path of Allah: {‘Never think of those killed in the cause of Allah as dead. In fact, they are alive with their Lord, well provided for‘}[Ali ‘Imran 3:169]. When we strive in the path of Allah, responding to His commands and instructions, we are standing in the right position, upholding a just and honourable cause guided by humanity, morality, and values. This position is essential in this life for preserving our humanity and remaining dignified, rather than accepting humiliation and subjugation.
We observe the hostile campaign typically waged by hypocrites, who have always acted this way in every era and place. Even during the era of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F), they confronted his stance of jihad in the path of Allah, and that of the believers, with distortion and doubt, claiming it was unnecessary, invalid, and a loss: They used to say, {‘These are deluded by their faith‘}[Al-Anfal 8:49]. The Holy Quran also records many such claims about them, for example: {‘There is no point in you staying [here], so retreat‘}[Al-Ahzab 33:13]. Their tactics include discouragement, demoralisation, spreading fear, exaggeration, and casting doubt. The Holy Quran extensively mentions these hypocritical methods in various surahs, including Al-Baqarah, Ali ‘Imran, An-Nisa, At-Tawbah, Al-Fath, Muhammad, and many others.
When we examine their attitudes, we find that they direct all forms of doubt, discouragement, demoralisation, and distortion against any effort that represents jihad in Allah’s cause and stands to the Israeli enemy—a clear and explicit enemy of Islam and the Muslims, committing the most heinous and horrific crimes. This is where they launch their campaigns, trying to turn people away from this just position.
However, when the matter concerns something that serves the Israeli enemy, either directly or indirectly—including schemes engineered by this very enemy to stir up discord or fuel other crises—they make tremendous efforts to incite people, pouring vast resources and energy into promoting these causes. They downplay any losses involved, readily sacrifice blood and money, and push people towards destruction, showing no compassion or mercy. Among them are those who advocate and actually give religious verdicts for the extermination of twenty-four million Yemenis, simply so they and those they align themselves with—the Jewish and the Christian, along with their regional tools—can dominate this people. For them, the extermination of twenty-four million Yemenis is a price worth paying for this goal, and they give religious verdicts accordingly. Their record is full of such positions whenever the context serves American and Israeli interests, or when it involves stirring discord, personal ambitions, factional, or party interests. In these cases, killing and extermination become permissible; they see such causes worthy of blood, money, and everything. But when it comes to the just, great, and honourable position—the true jihad in Allah’s cause, standing against the explicit enemy of Islam and Muslims, the enemy who desecrates all sanctities, burns the Holy Quran, destroys mosques, and seeks to exterminate the people of this Ummah by all means—then all you hear from them is discouragement, demoralisation, and doubt. Yet the truth is clear, and Allah has made it plain in the Holy Quran. That is why our dear people, with their high awareness and unwavering faith, will never be swayed by such campaigns.
When the Israeli enemy attacked the residential neighbourhood of Al-Tahrir—striking both media institutions and surrounding homes—the attack resulted in the martyrdom of journalists, media professionals, and residents alike. This was a crime committed by the Israeli enemy, and all outrage and all curses should be directed towards it, for it is the criminal and the oppressor who perpetrated this atrocity.
The same applies to its assault on Al-Jawf, where it targeted official civilian institutions, leading to the ascension of martyrs and injuries among others. The same can be said of its assault on Ṣana’a and on Al-Hudaydah, where it struck the ports.
In all of its assaults, the Israeli enemy commits crimes and acts of aggression against our people. Yet this does not mean that our just position is at fault, nor that it is unworthy of sacrifice in the path of Allah, or that this stance is irrelevant to us. On the contrary, it deeply concerns us. While this position indeed offers support and aid to Gaza, it is, above all, a response to Allah—a form of jihad in His path and a sacrifice for His sake. What we offer, we offer for the sake of Allah (the Almighty), seeking His pleasure, following His Book, driven by our faith, and in emulation of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F). In this position, we stand firmly in the face of tyranny, disbelief, and Zionist Jewish criminality, rejecting the widespread violation targeting this entire Ummah. Our position stands in stark contrast to those who are killed, suffer injuries, and lose their humanity and dignity, all without taking a proper stance, without steadfastness, jihad, or a rightful direction. Ours is a position that is different from that of those who enlist themselves to fight, to be killed, to suffer losses, and to expend resources in service of the Israeli enemy, thereby incurring the wrath and anger of Allah in this world and the Hereafter, while serving falsehood, injustice, and criminality. Our battle is clear, and our position is evident.
For this reason, I extend my heartfelt respects, with all honour and reverence, to the families of those who were martyred in the recent Israeli assaults on the neighbourhood of Al-Tahrir and on both Al-Jawf and Al-Hudaydah governorates, as well as in earlier acts of aggression and crimes committed by the Israelis against our country. These families uphold a clear stance of faith, demonstrating belief, steadfastness, sincerity, patience, and deep awareness of the value of sacrifice in the path of Allah. Indeed, they recognise the importance of this position as jihad for the sake of Allah (Glory be to Him). I pay special tribute to them, for they embody the Quranic spirit expressed in the Quranic verse: {‘And they did not waver regardless of that which afflicted them in the way of Allah, nor did they weaken, nor did they give in. And Allah loves the patient ones‘}[Ali ‘Imran 3:146].
Therefore, our people—both officially and among the wider population—remain committed to this position. We continue our jihad with ever-greater effectiveness, further enhancing our military capabilities, with unwavering resolve in confronting the Israeli enemy. We place our trust in Allah, as we stand in a strong, honourable, and noble position. We strike the enemy, refusing to be violated. Above all, our position is one that pleases Allah and absolves us of responsibility before Him.
Every day, we witness the tragedies unfolding in Palestine—we grieve and at times we weep. Yet, ultimately, we see ourselves in the correct position—one that pleases Allah (Glory be to Him), absolves us of responsibility, and elevates us to the level required to face this enemy: the Israeli, Zionist enemy. At the same time, we are striving to build our strength on every front, so that we may become even more effective in confronting this enemy.
I also extend my respects to those professionals who were martyred on the media front, which is itself a vital battlefield. I also send my greetings to all honourable mujahidin working in the media. There are heroes and champions who raise their voices for the truth, serve the cause of truth, and resist the tide of misinformation and deceit in the media. I salute them and emphasise the paramount importance of this field. It is one of the most significant fronts of jihad, so it is a great honour for anyone to participate rightly in this field, striving in the path of Allah; as for those serving the enemy in the media, it is nothing but disgrace and shame.
Our position is unwavering, and there can be no loss in the path of Allah. Taking a stand in His path means goodness, wisdom, and true success. We place our absolute trust in Allah, in His true promise of victory. We act with great strength, with complete conviction, and with honour. Our position is one of honour, pride, and dignity.
The massive, million-strong public turnout last Friday reached 1,400 marches and rallies. In Ibb, the demonstrations took place under the rain, just as they had on the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth. Despite the rainfall, people continued their demonstrations, which reflects their deep concern, sincerity, faith-based devotion, and awareness of the significance of their stance. This stands in stark contrast to those who might be deterred by the simplest reasons from participating in the most important and honourable stance. I salute our brothers in Ibb and all those who attend the demonstrations. I offer my deepest respect, esteem, and heartfelt praise to those who persist in participating in these weekly million-strong demonstrations. I notice that some people take part every single week—I see them on television—and they never miss a single week.
Our people remain steadfast in this position, for, as we have said, they are driven by faith and an awareness of the importance of this position; they will not be defeated, for they belong to Islam, the religion that does not accept defeat. They persist with high morale, firmness in the path of truth, striving and acting in all areas with the help, guidance, and support of Allah.
I call upon our dear people to participate in great million-strong demonstrations tomorrow, Friday (Allah willing), in the capital, Sana’a, and throughout the other governorates. Let this be part of your jihad for the sake of Allah (Glory be to Him), a response to Allah’s commands, an expression of solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, and an affirmation of commitment to this just, truthful, and faith-driven position and to the moral and faith-based values of this great people.
I hope the turnout tomorrow will be wide and magnificent because it is a part of the jihad in the path of Allah, the Almighty. It is a deed that is recorded by Allah (the Almighty) and carries its own reward and significance. It stands as a mighty, unmatched voice across the world in support of the Palestinian people, in an era of betrayal, retreat, and backsliding that has encompassed many who claim affiliation with Islam within this Ummah, and amid an alarming decline in human values across many societies. In fact, we are at a crucial historical stage, where our position is pivotal, affecting the present as much as the forthcoming future.
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. We also ask Him to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
