President: Operation of al-Qasa flood historic declaration of triumph of will of people who refused to be buried alive, proved their right, adherence to their land, holy sites
President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat affirmed that Operation of al-Qasa flood represents a legitimate response to decades of injustice, criminality, and murder of the Palestinian people by the Zionist entity.
In a statement on the occasion of the second anniversary of Operation the flood, the President considered the operation an embodiment of the right to self-defense, guaranteed by all laws and religions.
He pointed out that “al-Aqsa” represents a historic declaration of the triumph of the will of a people who refused to be buried alive and proved their right and adherence to their land and holy sites.
He said, “al-Aqsa Intifada represented a strategic shift in the Palestinian landscape and a turning point in the conflict with the Zionist enemy. The operation thwarted the Judaization of al-Quds and the liquidation of the Palestinian cause, obstructed the path to “normalization,” and proved to the world that the Palestinian cause will not die as long as it is occupied by mujahideen.”
He added, “On October 7, the Palestinians regained their dignity. With their heroism, they shattered the myth of the so-called invincible army and exposed the weakness of its intelligence.”
President al-Mashat reiterated that confronting the Zionist enemy is not an option among options, but rather the only way to reclaim rights from an occupier that understands only the language of force. He noted that the Palestinian resistance has, over the past two years, forged a new legend of patience and steadfastness, depicting with the souls of the Palestinian people the greatest epics of heroism in modern times.
He emphasized that Palestine will remain a central issue in the Arab and Islamic conscience, with its roots extending deep into history and conscience. He reaffirmed Yemen’s principled position in supporting the Palestinian people until the aggression is halted, the siege is lifted, and their full rights are achieved.
The President continued, “We bow our heads in reverence to the Palestinian people, who perform the miracle of steadfastness every day in the face of a brutal machine of extermination and an unprecedented method of starvation.” He praised the Palestinian people’s unwavering support for their resistance and their unwavering support for it during the two-year battle.
He added, “We affirm that unlimited American support at all levels constitutes full participation in the genocidal crimes committed by the Zionist enemy entity.” He emphasized that the Zionist plan aims to obliterate the Arab and Islamic identity in the Arab region and continues its blatant aggression against Lebanon and Syria. This will only be deterred by unifying the Arab ranks in confronting it.
His Excellency the President praised the sacrifices of all the free and honorable people who stood by the oppressed Palestinian people, foremost among them Hezbollah, the free people of Iraq, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, who sealed those positions with their pure blood.
