Revolution leader: We will remain alert, fully prepared, fully monitor implementation phase of agreement with Zionist enemy

Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Thursday affirmed that the Yemeni people will remain alert, fully prepared, and fully monitor the implementation phase of the agreement with the Zionist enemy with precision and care.

In a speech this evening regarding developments in the aggression on the Gaza Strip and the second anniversary of al-Aqsa Flood, the Leader said, “We must be at the highest levels of caution and readiness, and continue the massive popular momentum with the Palestinian people, until we determine whether the agreement will be achieved, or whether we will continue our path of support and assistance to the Palestinian people.”

He added, “We will remain vigilant, prepared, and monitoring the progress of the agreement. Will it lead to an end to the aggression on the Gaza Strip and the entry of aid, food, medicine, and humanitarian needs to the Palestinian people? Will the Americans and Israelis stop their genocide against the Palestinian people and commit to a ceasefire? This is what we hope for, and it was our goal in the support operations and confronting the attack on the Palestinian people and the nation in general.”

Sayyed al-Houthi also emphasized the commitment to ensuring that Yemen continues to advance and work tirelessly to develop military capabilities and confront all new developments and modernizations from the Israeli enemy entity in its military technologies and capabilities.

He continued, “We must remain aware that what preceded was just one round of conflict, and that the enemies are continuing their plans, conspiracies, and ambitions, which have multiple paths. The issue is not limited to this round of conflict in the Gaza Strip. The issue is all of Palestine, and the American and Israeli enemy targeting of the nation, and the ongoing efforts, using all means and plans, to liquidate the Palestinian cause.”

He continued, “The rounds the Israeli enemy is preparing for after this, so far we do not know whether the Israeli enemy attacks on our country and the rest of the countries in the region will stop or continue within the framework of this round. We all know what the Israelis do in each round. Look at what they did in the previous round: their rounds of aggression against Lebanon and Gaza. After each round, they are preparing for new aggression.”

The Leader of the Revolution emphasized the need to prepare for the next rounds within the framework of the nation’s aggressive approach. He said, “We are always concerned, even if a ceasefire is achieved, with preparing for the next rounds, which will inevitably occur within the framework of the aggressive approach of the nation’s enemies, who are the most hostile to the nation targeted by their corruption, tyranny, and their satanic soft warfare—psychologically, culturally, intellectually, morally, and ethically—as well as their hard, economic, and propaganda war, and their war on all fronts.”

He added, “The conflict continues in its general scope. If their ambition is to destroy the nation, enslave it to others besides Allah, obliterate its religious identity, and force it to accept the equation of complete desecration of blood, honor, money, wealth, homelands, holy sites, and other things, then our equation must be liberation from them, repelling their evil, expelling them from the region, achieving full independence, deterring, protecting, and safeguarding it from their tyranny, criminality, injustice, and aggression, and restoring Palestine, its holy sites, and al-Aqsa Mosque.”

Al-Houthi also emphasized that the agreement on Gaza proves the failure of the Israeli enemy and its American backer to achieve the goals they sought to resolve in this round: two years of starvation, total destruction, and the killing of thousands of children and women in the Gaza Strip.

He continued, “The failure of the Israelis and Americans to recover the prisoners, end the resistance, and displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip—the goals they set and sought—forced them to sign the agreement. What happened is merely a matter of one round in the ongoing conflict with the Israeli enemy.”

The Leader touched on the Yemeni Support Front, whose movement has been driven from the outset by the spirit of initiative that the Yemeni people have been religiously raised on, and which has deep roots in Yemen. He emphasized that the characteristics of the Yemeni Support Front are its comprehensive, official, and popular mobilization, with the highest levels of stability and continuity, despite the distance and complexities.

Sayyed al-Houthi described the characteristics of the Yemeni position as important, based on faith. Our people have mobilized tremendously and with great momentum in marches, protests, and general mobilization. Popular momentum in Yemen has been unparalleled in the entire world, and unprecedented even in the history of the people and the history of the region.

He said, “In the history of the world, we have never known a level of popular mobilization and momentum like this, with this massive number of million-strong demonstrations every week. Along with the million-strong marches came the protests, seminars, and the military mobilization process, which is one of the most important paths, and the support movement at the military level.”

The Leader of the Revolution emphasized that Yemen’s decision to ban Israeli enemy navigation in the Red Sea toward Bab al-Mandab, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea was a historic decision, blessed with divine support and a great victory from Allah, and achieved 100 percent success. He considered the ban on Israeli navigation a great achievement and a major success of strategic importance in the conflict with the Israeli enemy.

He added, “Success was achieved by preventing enemy navigation and effectively targeting ships carrying supplies and goods, sinking some of them, while targeting a large number of them. The Yemeni Armed Forces imposed a complete and successful naval embargo on the Israeli enemy.”

The leader continued, “Despite the numerous obstacles our missile and drone operations to occupied Palestine faced, they continued successfully and had an impact on the enemy. They encountered five protective belts before reaching occupied Palestine. Within these belts, there were layers of protection prepared by the Israeli enemy in partnership with the United States.”

Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi emphasized that “our missile and drone operations continued successfully and had an impact on the enemy, forcing millions of Zionists to flee to shelters. They impacted air traffic and the enemy’s economic situation, halted the operations of many international airlines, and completely shut down the Umm al-Rashrash port. This had a clear and definite impact on the enemy’s economy.”

He reiterated that the Yemeni operations broke the equation that the Americans sought to impose on our nation, preventing any supportive action for the Palestinian people. He noted that the Yemeni people, as part of their stance, faced rounds of American, British, and Israeli aggression against them, and stood firm and made sacrifices.

He said, “Our people stood firm and made sacrifices at every level, up to the government of martyrs. They did not waver, facing wars and economic conspiracies that even targeted the humanitarian level. They also faced a massive media campaign aimed at casting doubt on their position and at psychological pressure and influencing their position.”

He added, “Arab regimes have deployed all their media outlets to support the Israeli enemy position and target the Yemeni position, but they have failed miserably. The security conspiracies targeting our country and our people have failed to influence their support for the Gaza Strip.”

The Leader explained, “The statistics of Yemeni support operations have reached 1,835, including ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles, drones, and warships. The statistics of our operations are significant, given the circumstances of our people, their economic capabilities, and the conditions of 10 years of war and blockade.”

He also described popular activities in Yemen over the past two years as tremendous and impressive, with 49,354 marches and demonstrations, 94,478 popular events, 549,769 seminars, and 81,878 evening gatherings. Student protests in universities and schools were a unique event in the Arab and Islamic world, with 350,633 student protests.

He stated that the number of popular, tribal, and community rallies reached 317,785, with 1,103,647 trainees graduating from “Al-Aqsa Flood” mobilization courses. Meanwhile, 132,046 trainees graduated from the second level of mobilization courses. He also noted that 5,148 maneuvers were conducted, 1,349 military parades were held, and 3,362 military marches were held. He emphasized that the momentum of activities and mobilization in Yemen in support of the Palestinian people is unparalleled.

He said, “Our people have remained steadfast in their stance with great steadfastness. They have not wavered, have not been defeated, have not retreated, have not slackened, have not grown weary, and have not grown weary. They have continued with tremendous momentum and high vitality, and have set out with Quranic awareness within the framework of great work and holy jihad for the sake of Allah, confronting the enslavement of the nation.”

He added, “Our people are well aware that this battle is the battle of the entire nation, that the danger targets everyone, and that the Zionist plan aims to enslave all peoples. They also realize that the equation of the violation of blood, honor, money, sanctities, religion, and identity is a dangerous, satanic equation, and accepting it means forfeiting human dignity, the pride of faith, freedom, and independence.”

The Leader of the Revolution reiterated that the Yemeni people have not accepted the equation of permissibility. They have stood firm, steadfast, and made sacrifices, growing in their awareness and developing their military capabilities. Today, as a result of their stance, they are stronger than ever before in terms of their military capabilities, awareness, faith, reality, and steadfastness.

He pointed out that Yemen’s position has reached the level of manufacturing hypersonic fission and non-fission missiles and highly successful drones, resonating worldwide. In terms of naval power, it has reached a level where the United States acknowledges that it has engaged in a confrontation unprecedented since World War II. The resonance and impact of the Yemeni position are now evident globally. All of this is the fruit of the Yemeni people’s trust in Allah Almighty and their action within the framework of their religious, humanitarian, and moral duty.

The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, began his speech by discussing the developments of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, which has been going on for two years, the most bloody, criminal, and tyrannical in this era.

He said, “We will discuss three headlines, among the most prominent developments of the current week regarding the Israeli aggression.” The criminality of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The first title is the completion of two full years of comprehensive aggression and genocide committed by the Israeli enemy in the crime of the century against the oppressed Palestinian people. The second title is the second anniversary of Operation “Breaking Dawn of al-Aqsa Intifada.” The third title is about the agreement announced yesterday for a ceasefire and an end to the aggression against Gaza.

He emphasized that the Israeli enemy has been in a state of continuous aggression since the beginning of its occupation of Palestine until today. He explained that the enemy entity has committed genocide in two years by mass killing with the most lethal means of killing, including American-made destructive and incendiary bombs, targeting civilians in general. It has also targeted children and women with deliberate killing, and has targeted civilians in general with all means of killing and genocide.

Sayyed al-Houthi explained that the Israeli enemy has targeted civilians in Gaza with mass starvation, to the point that baby milk is at the top of the list of prohibited foods. It has also targeted the Palestinian people in Gaza with dehydration, a criminal and extremely brutal and aggressive approach against the Palestinian people.

He pointed out that the Israeli enemy destroyed water wells and the sewage network, making it difficult to obtain water. It also targeted those who brought water to their families, even children, and has made obtaining a drink of water in Gaza a complex and dangerous issue.

Sayyed al-Houthi added, “The Israeli enemy has prevented the provision of medicine, destroyed hospitals, killed medical personnel, and made targeting hospitals a major objective of its aggression. It has carried out concentrated military operations against hospitals, committing the most heinous crimes, including targeting infants and premature babies.”

The Leader stated that the Israeli enemy targeted all aspects of the medical field with the aim of annihilating the Palestinian people and depriving them of any medical care. It practiced comprehensive destruction of the Gaza Strip, in its north, center, south, and Gaza City. It sought to eliminate entire neighborhoods and large residential areas, using airstrikes, fire belts, car bombs, and all manner of other means.

He also emphasized that the Israeli enemy brought in its Zionist contractors to work on the destruction of entire neighborhoods and employed forced displacement from the first day of its aggression. He added, “In two full years of aggression, the Israeli enemy has made forced displacement one of its aggressive objectives against the Palestinian people in Gaza.”

He pointed out that the Israeli enemy has prevented any stability for the Palestinian people for two years, forcing them to flee from one region to another and from one block to another without any stability. The enemy, in partnership with the United States, has killed and wounded 11 percent of the population of Gaza within a limited geographical area, the highest rate in this era.

He explained that the horrific Zionist crimes in Gaza deserve to be described as the crime of the century and the crime of the century. They targeted more than 1,000 mosques, 95 percent of schools, halted education in the Gaza Strip, targeted more than 40 cemeteries, and stole more than 2,000 bodies.

The Leader of the Revolution pointed out that the Israeli enemy targeted media professionals, humanitarian workers, and civil defense personnel, as well as everyone in Gaza with unparalleled brutality and criminality. He explained that scenes of all types of enemy crimes in Gaza bore witness to the horrific nature of the enemy’s criminality, such as unleashing dogs on the elderly and sick.

He said, “The Israeli enemy practiced torture against abductees and prisoners, leading in many cases to martyrdom.” He emphasized that the crimes, attacks, and violations committed by the Israeli enemy constitute crimes by human consensus and by legal and religious considerations.

He considered Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa to be a significant, blessed, and important milestone in the Palestinian people’s struggle over the past decades.

Sayyed al-Houthi stated that the American-Israeli enemy approach prior to Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa was aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause, noting that Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa had its own context and was not initiated by the Palestinian people and their mujahideen to create a new problem with the Israeli enemy.

He added, “The context in which Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa occurred is 75 years of Zionist-Jewish criminality targeting the Palestinian people,” noting that the entire Israeli enemy presence in Palestine is one of aggression, crime, occupation, and daily oppression, and it is the usurpation and confiscation of rights.

He continued, “Before Al-Aqsa Intifada, the enemy’s efforts to liquidate the Palestinian cause escalated, considering that it took them a long time to achieve this. The enemy’s goal from the beginning was to establish complete control over Palestine and move beyond it, ultimately implementing their “Greater Israel” project.”

Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi emphasized that the declared Zionist objectives mean control over the Arab region and the complete confiscation of the rights, dignity, and independence of the peoples. He explained that the Zionist project means that the entire region will be transformed to serve American and Israeli enemy interests, with our peoples enslaved, submissive, stripped of their dignity, and their identity obliterated.

He pointed out that the Zionist project means that the Arab peoples will lose even their human value and legitimate human rights, as recognized by international consensus. The situation of the region, with all its wealth and geographical location, with all its vital components, will be transformed to the advantage of the Israeli enemy, along with the United States.

Sayyed al-Houthi said, “The Zionist plan has far-reaching global objectives, but it makes our region a base for achieving these objectives. The most dangerous aspect of the Zionist plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause is that it seeks to involve Arab regimes, including the so-called “Deal of the Century.”

He added, “Through the slogan of changing the ‘Middle East,’ they are trying to recruit regimes in the region against the people of our nation.” He emphasized that normalization was not merely a betrayal of the nation, but rather a relationship with the Israeli enemy at every level.

The Leader pointed to the agreements whose title is peace, but whose essence is surrender and acquiescence to Israeli enemy control. These agreements include unilateral commitments from the Arab regimes, who commit to “normalization” in preparation for enabling the Israeli enemy to fully control the region.

The leader continued, “At the forefront of the clear commitments of the Arab regimes through “normalization” is their acceptance of the liquidation and termination of the Palestinian cause and the abandonment of it.” He emphasized that the liquidation of the Palestinian cause was evident in the positions of some Arab regimes over the past two years, when they refused to even sever diplomatic relations with the Israeli enemy.

He explained that non-Islamic regimes, motivated by human conscience and morality, severed their diplomatic relations with the Israeli enemy in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The leader continued, “It is shameful for a self-respecting state, which considers itself to have values and principles, even at the humanitarian level, to continue to accept a relationship with the criminal entity.” He emphasized that accepting the liquidation of the Palestinian cause and abandoning it is a major catastrophe for the nation, as it is an issue with religious, moral, and humanitarian considerations, and is even related to the criteria of the nation’s national interests.

He added, “The liquidation of the Palestinian cause means the confiscation of the rights of an entire people and the abandonment of sanctities, which hold a significant place in the Islamic religion.” He pointed out that the regimes that have embarked on the path of normalization have been directed by the enemy toward changing the official Arab school curricula.

The Leader of the Revolution considered raising a generation of the nation’s young men and women to be loyal to the Israeli enemy, to glorify it, and to accept its control a major catastrophe, adding, “One of the greatest, most dangerous, and worst paths that the Americans and Israelis are working on together, with Western support, is changing curricula to target identity, culture, and thought.”

Sayyed al-Houthi said, “Occupying minds and hearts means changing loyalties and directing hostilities in a direction that serves the Israeli and American enemy. In some Arab countries, elementary school curricula have been changed to educate children to have a positive view of the Israeli enemy and to be fascinated by the Jews.”

He stated that psychological, mental, intellectual, and cultural preparation for acceptance of Zionist Jewish control is one of the most dangerous paths pursued by the enemy, reaching the point of altering religious discourse by removing verses from the Quran from school curricula, thus exposing the deviant trend.

Sayyed added, “There is an attempt by the enemy, in addition to removing verses from the Quran from school curricula, to distort the concepts and meanings of Quranic verses.” He emphasized that the Israeli enemy has worked to alter religious and media discourse, presenting itself as a legitimate entity within the framework of its occupation of Palestine.

Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi pointed out that the enemy has taken a very dangerous path regarding the economy, linking the Arab economy to the Israeli enemy so that it becomes the dominant and controlling entity. He emphasized that Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa delayed the path of linking the Arab economy to the Israeli enemy, including transforming the port of Haifa into a port for the entire region.

He explained that the Israeli enemy wanted to dig an alternative canal to the Suez Canal, called the Ben-Gurion Canal, to connect the economy, communications, and the internet to it. The enemy entity is still working on its plans, but Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa contributed to delaying and obstructing it.

Sayyed al-Houthi said, “With regard to water, Israeli enemy controls the Palestinian people and wants to control it further. It effectively controls the Jordanian people and has begun to control the Syrian people to a large extent. It seeks to complete its level of control and dominance over water by ultimately reaching the Nile and Euphrates rivers, and it is using its control of water as a means of enslaving the peoples of the nation.”

He explained that the Israeli enemy, along with the Americans, has priority over the region’s gas and oil resources within the framework of its influence and in a manner that serves its policies. He emphasized that the policies dictated by the Americans and Israelis together are reducing the nation’s economic situation to zero, rendering it a consumer market.

Sayyed al-Houthi added, “It is very strange that the Israeli enemy has been allowed to infiltrate the communications sector. Some Gulf countries have opened the door to the Israeli enemy for spyware services, while it simultaneously spies on them. Some Arab countries have opened their airspace to the enemy, completely opening the door to the dilution, corruption, and obliteration of the identity of our peoples.”

The Leader stated that corrupting the nation’s young men and women and emptying them of their human, moral, ethical, and religious content will lead to their subjugation to the Jews. He noted that young people are an important and great resource, but some countries have opened the door to their corruption and bringing them to a vile, degraded, and degraded state.

He said, “Even in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques, the doors have been wide open to corruption within the framework of the complete dilution of the people. At the height of the Zionist criminality targeting the Palestinian people, the scene in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques, at the height of the licentious dance parties, was extremely shameful.”

The leader emphasized that the shameful image of the Land of the Two Holy Mosques is intended to be pervasive throughout the nation, coinciding with every catastrophe and tragedy, even the targeting of Mecca or Medina, the demolition of Al-Aqsa Mosque, or the genocide of a people. He added, “They want the general atmosphere in the nation to be one of dancing for its young men and women, swaying with intoxication, and losing themselves in debauchery, far removed from reality and its challenges and dangers.”

He warned that corrupting the nation’s youth remains a constant path, one they will endeavor to pursue intensively. He added, “Among the trends is the naturalization of Zionist Jews in Arab countries with full rights and above all rights, and enabling them to wield economic, administrative, and political influence at all levels.”

The leader continued, “From the first moment of normalization, the process of naturalizing thousands of Zionist Jews began in some Gulf countries, and within a very short period of time.” He emphasized that the naturalization of thousands of Zionist Jews in Arab countries aims to enable them to move around in those countries with citizenship rights and beyond.”

The Leader of the Revolution pointed out that Zionist Jews know how to infiltrate countries and infiltrate all institutions and various fields because they have a project and goals. He pointed out that the reality of Zionist Jews is not like that of Arab regimes, which lack a project, goals, or cause.

He stated that the specific goals of Zionist Jews in the countries that grant them citizenship are destructive to the nation within the Zionist plan. The infiltration has reached the point where Zionist companies are purchasing land in Medina and real estate in Mecca, so how can they be expected in the rest of the Gulf states?

The leader said, “The Jews are taking extreme care in purchasing land, as they did from the beginning in Palestine, and then proceeding from there to influence and infiltrate various fields, eventually imposing control and domination over the entire situation.” He emphasized that Jewish land purchases in Arab countries are among the most dangerous paths for which doors have been opened, all obstacles removed, and facilities provided.

He added, “One of the trends is working to dismantle the countries of the region into small, warring entities under sectarian, political, and regional banners. People are enthusiastic about these banners at a time when they no longer have any interaction with major, sacred issues.”

Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi emphasized that the Israeli enemy is working to engage people with sectarian, political, and regional banners and to devote themselves to them.

He said, “When the banner is confronting the Israeli enemy with all its evil and danger, there is no interaction. Rather, there is resistance, discouragement, fighting, and distortion. But if the banner is sectarian, religious, sectarian, or takfiri, we see mobilization, response, dedication, intensity, and serious action in all its forms.”

The leader added, “Through political headlines, we see interaction at the highest levels, and indeed, the region’s people are mobilized by crises to a truly astonishing degree. One is astonished when one sees simple issues being transformed into major crises on social media in the Arab world, creating a dire reality.”

He expressed his regret that social media is being used to create a dire reality, immersed in worries, problems, and conflicts regarding even the simplest issues and matters, emphasizing that the Israeli enemy is working to exploit the aggravation of the general situation, distracting it from major issues.

He pointed out that the Israeli enemy exploits the inflated nature of minor issues into major ones, frustrating the nation and preventing it from remaining united, cooperative, and positive. Some peoples are filled with resentment and resentment toward one another, while ignoring the greater dangers posed by their enemy.

The Leader of the Revolution stated that inciting tribal conflicts and rushing to shed blood are among the factors that disrupt the nation’s internal situation and lead to its disintegration, serving the Israeli enemy. He emphasized that while the Israeli enemy is fracturing the nation’s internal situation, it remains focused on its goals and plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause and change the Middle East, as they call it.

The leader said, “There is intensive activity by the enemy in security, military, and other areas to target us in all areas.” He explained that the Israeli enemy fled Gaza in 2005 after a divine victory granted by Allah to the mujahideen in Gaza, not as a favor, as Trump claimed. After fleeing Gaza that year, the enemy remained resentful, unwilling to accept the Gaza Strip being left to its people, and therefore maintained the siege for 18 years.

He added, “Before Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa, there were preparations, maneuvers, and statements by the enemy confirming its intention to launch a new, comprehensive, and destructive aggression against Gaza. Before Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa, the enemy continued its violations in Al-Aqsa Mosque, the West Bank, and other areas in Palestine.” He emphasized that the aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque is an aggression against the Palestinian people and the entire nation.

The leader continued, “Before Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa, the enemy continued to torture and persecute prisoners without a clear horizon for resolving their issue. The Palestinian people cannot ignore or forget their prisoners and leave them in the prisons of the Israeli enemy under the threat of torture.”

He continued, “There was no horizon in the prisoners’ file, and they tried…” The enemy is trying to drive the Palestinian people to despair of their captives,” noting that Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa is contextualized within the framework of a sacred cause and a just and legitimate position, and this is an important issue that we must remember.

He added, “There is a smear campaign against Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa in some Arab media outlets that work in the interests of the Israeli enemy,” explaining that Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa succeeded, by Allah’s grace, in an unprecedented manner in the history of the conflict with the Israeli enemy. The operation occurred amidst conditions of suffering, a severe blockade, repeated rounds of attacks on the Gaza Strip, and Arab abandonment.

The Leader emphasized that the remarkable performance of Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa represented a tremendous shock that shook the Israeli enemy and all its supporters. He noted that during Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa, the Israeli enemy was in a state of total confusion, disarray, and a tremendous and unprecedented psychological and moral defeat.

He stated that Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa embodied all military standards at the highest levels of success, and this is a great divine blessing for the mujahideen brothers in the Qassam Brigades. It is the duty of Muslims to immediately support the operation and capitalize on this achievement to achieve immediate results.

The leader considered Al-Aqsa Flood operation a great and important opportunity for Muslims if they fulfilled their duty and immediately took the initiative to support the Palestinian people. It was the duty of Muslims to engage in support for Al-Aqsa Flood operation at all levels.

He concluded his remarks by saying that the Al-Aqsa Flood operation was a historic opportunity that Allah opened a great and promising horizon if Muslims took the initiative to invest in it and provided support and backing to the Palestinian people. He added, “It is regrettable that Muslims immediately took apathy, while some regimes adopted a very negative stance, to the point of inciting the Americans and Israelis against the Palestinian people.”

Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi pointed out that the state of inaction and negative stance against the Al-Aqsa Flood reveals the reality of the Ummah, which has become shackled and does not even take the initiative to seize and exploit these rare and great historical opportunities. Missing these great opportunities poses a danger to the Ummah, because there are divine punishments.

He said, “In response to the inaction and incitement against the Palestinian people by some Arab regimes, the enemies of the nation took an unprecedented initiative to aid the Israeli entity. The nation should have taken the initiative within the framework of a just and honorable stance, for its own good and to defend itself.”

The leader considered the scope of the American, Western, and global Zionist initiative to truly reveal the extent of the impact of Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa and the earthquake it represented for the enemy. He emphasized that the Americans, along with the British and the West, took a major initiative to support Israel after it was on the verge of collapse following Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa.

He explained that the Americans have always led the Western Zionist movement to support the Israeli enemy and against the Islamic nation. Furthermore, the Americans, along with Western regimes, have moved along two parallel paths: providing all forms of support to the Israeli enemy and freezing the nation through their regimes. American military support for the enemy began immediately with an airlift to transport all forms of deadly weapons and military equipment.

The leader said, “The Americans sent military experts and many others who could contribute militarily to managing the military situation with Israel. The Americans mobilized their forces in the region, including the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, and the Gulf, and mobilized all their military bases in our countries.”

The Leader of the Revolution expressed regret that, instead of taking action with Gaza, Arabs and Muslims abandoned their interest and seriousness in the Palestinian cause. In contrast, the Americans and Europeans worked to provide political and media support and all forms of solidarity, with leaders flocking to the region with interest and seriousness regarding false issues.

He explained that the process of freezing the nation through the regimes has shackled it, leaving it without an effective position, with the highest ceiling being the issuance of statements and declarations. He said, “The Arab and Islamic regimes have not even made progress on the level of diplomatic and economic boycott of the enemy.”

The leader added, “Regarding support for the Palestinian people, the Rafah crossing could have been opened from day one with Arab and Islamic support, with the entire nation rallying around Egypt. However, the Arabs remained committed to the American ceiling without taking any practical steps.” He emphasized that the situation in the Islamic world has been officially controlled according to American standards, and any serious and effective action has been contained.

He continued, “Some Arab governments have taken distinct stances regarding the closure of airspace and the severing of diplomatic relations, but the major regimes have remained committed to continuing their economic support for the Israeli enemy at a pace greater than ever before.”

The Leader explained that the influx of ships from the ports of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Turkey, and Bahrain to the enemy has reached levels and rates higher than at any previous stage, and that diplomatic relations with the enemy were part of the American position.

He added, “What the Israeli enemy did, in partnership with the United States and with the contribution of major European countries, were not military operations or confrontations against the mujahideen in the Gaza Strip.” He explained that the enemy’s ultimate goal, with American partnership and European support, was to occupy the entire Gaza Strip, carry out the total destruction and forced displacement of the Palestinian people, end the resistance, and recover prisoners without a prisoner exchange deal.

He went on to say, “In the face of brutality and criminality, and despite Arab and Islamic abandonment, the Palestinian steadfastness in the Gaza Strip has been tremendous, immense, and unprecedented. The Palestinian people have remained steadfast in their rights and persevered despite unparalleled oppression, even though the doors were opened for them to leave the Strip.”

The leader praised the steadfastness of the Mujahideen in the Gaza Strip, who have shown great and unparalleled resilience, bravely confronting the Israeli aggression. Their leaders and Mujahideen have made great sacrifices, never faltering in the face of what befell them in the cause of Allah, never weakening or submitting.

Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi reminded everyone that the Israeli enemy, with American and Western support, used to resolve its wars with Arab armies within hours or days. However, it failed completely in Gaza, despite American partnership, Western support, and support at certain levels from Arab regimes. It also failed to resolve the battle in the Gaza Strip despite the comprehensive aggression and genocidal tactics.

He addressed the heavy losses incurred by the Israeli enemy and the manpower crisis it faced, to the point of considering recruiting Jews from other countries. He also touched on the Israeli enemy’s ability to reach a dead end in every sense of the word over the course of two years, despite its dominance, tyranny, massive offensive, and severe siege.

The leader emphasized the enemy’s failure to recover prisoners without a prisoner exchange deal, ending the resistance and forced displacement of the Palestinian people, and achieving the rest of its stated goals. This failure has exposed the enemy to all peoples and countries of the world in its truly hideous image: a brutal, criminal entity devoid of any human or moral values, and devoid of any humanly accepted norms. He explained that the crimes of the Israeli enemy have caused global resentment among free people and those with a human conscience throughout the world.

He said, “In Europe, America, and elsewhere, popular demonstrations have erupted at a rapid pace, with influential and compelling momentum. The governments and leaders of some countries, such as Venezuela, Colombia, and South Africa, have taken steadfast positions. The perception of the Israeli enemy has changed worldwide, even in American society, despite decades of indoctrination with a culture of glorification and sanctification of Zionist Jews and denial of the Palestinian cause.”

The Leader of the Revolution also emphasized that what happened in the Gaza Strip affected the reputation of the Israeli enemy and the American reputation worldwide. He pointed out that the criminal Netanyahu is now wanted even by international courts, banned from traveling to many countries, and a criminal by international consensus. Global resentment toward the Israeli enemy has become unprecedented in the history of the conflict.

He noted the distinction of the Jihad, Jerusalem, and Resistance Axis in its honest, steadfast, and supportive stance toward the Palestinian people, leading to the opening of support fronts, including the Lebanese Support Front, which made sacrifices in support of the Palestinian people and engaged in the fiercest battles with the Israeli enemy.

Sayyed al-Houthi said, “At the level of support fronts, the Lebanese Front played a leading role and led the way in terms of giving, sacrifices, and engagement with the enemy. This front played a very significant role and influence because it truly made a significant and advanced contribution and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy.”

The Leader also spoke about the support front from Iraq and the ongoing support from the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has engaged in rounds of direct confrontation with the Israeli enemy.

He emphasized that Operation True Promise involved missile strikes at an unprecedented level in the history of the conflict with the Israeli enemy, leading to an open war that lasted 12 days, pointing to the aggression launched by the Israeli enemy, with American support, against Iran.
