Revolution leader affirms readiness of Yemeni support operations if Israeli enemy resumes its aggression on Gaza or if other developments occur

The Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdul‑Malik Badr al‑Din al‑Houthi, affirmed the preparedness and constant presence of Yemeni military support operations in the event that the Israeli enemy resumes its aggression against the Gaza Strip, or if any other developments arise at this level.

In his remarks today on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and on regional and international developments, the Leader said: “We assure the whole world, the Israeli enemy, our mujahid brothers in Palestine, and the Palestinians of our continuous presence and our permanent readiness to carry out military support operations if the Israeli enemy returns to its aggression and the crimes of genocide in Gaza.”

He added: “We affirm our presence and readiness in any other developments at this level of the situation; we have stated this in various speeches and occasions. The rule with the enemy is ‘if you return, we return.’ We continue on that basis, confident in God’s victory — may He be exalted — and fully believing in the true promise of God in the Qur’an regarding the outcome of the cause , the struggle between our nation and the Israeli enemy.”

The Revolution Leader spoke about attempts by enemies to activate many espionage cells working for them to obtain information , coordinates and to carry out criminal operations, noting that those espionage cells seek to foment chaos inside the country for the benefit of the Americans and Israelis.

He said: “All the subversive tracks that target the security of our people have failed considerably compared with what the enemies invested in this area in terms of vast and tempting capabilities. The enemy’s espionage cells against our country received substantial training and were supplied with sensitive and dangerous means.”

He revealed the most dangerous espionage cells that had operated within personnel affiliated with humanitarian organizations, most notably the World Food Programme and UNICEF, saying that espionage cells were hiding under the cover of affiliation with humanitarian organizations and using that as a shield for their dangerous hostile activity.

He added: “We obtained conclusive information about the aggressive, criminal espionage role of the cells arrested among employees of humanitarian organizations. Among the prominent crimes of those espionage cells affiliated with the organizations was their primary role in the Israeli targeting of a government meeting.”

He continued: “There was a fundamental role in the crime of targeting the government by monitoring the meeting, informing the Israeli enemy, and accompanying the crime. There is a cell linked to the World Food Programme headed by the head of security , safety for the programme’s branch in Yemen, and we are fully confident and certain of the facts concerning the cells affiliated with the organizations, and we possess all the evidence against them.”

Sayyid Abdul‑Malik Badr al‑Din al‑Houthi emphasized the importance of clarifying these cells within those organizations because some people are unaware of the facts and are influenced by media noise, imagining that there is unjustified targeting of those cells and a lack of appreciation for their role within humanitarian organizations.

He said: “We are keen on whatever is good for our people and serving them, but the issue is no different — except in form — from the death traps the Americans played in the Gaza Strip, because the Americans and Israelis saw humanitarian organizations as an important cover that protected those cells from arrest and facilitated their movement with the equipment provided to them, including surveillance , targeting devices and technical equipment to penetrate communications.”

He pointed out that, “The cells of these organizations have been supplied with espionage devices and capabilities typically used by global intelligence agencies. We have evidence of this, and all the blame is directed at the United Nations and these organizations, which, instead of taking a stance against the American and Israeli intrusion, have been complicit in manipulating their own members.”

He considered that directing blame at the security apparatus and the government in Sana’a is an attempt to absolve the criminals and those cells that carried out these criminal roles. He emphasized, “Around the world, even in Western countries, and in United Nations charters, there is no law or text that allows members of humanitarian or UN organizations to engage in espionage, aggressive, or criminal activities in any country. There is nothing that protects members of humanitarian organizations from accountability or allows them to act in such ways.”

The Leader affirmed that the actions of these organizations went beyond their humanitarian role and were, in fact, aggressive , criminal, targeting a people and a state. He noted that the exaggeration, blame, and media and political pressure serve only to protect these cells so they can continue their criminal activities against the Yemeni people.

He said, “There was an attempt to stir sedition and chaos and to tear the social fabric, but it failed miserably because our dear people acted from a position of faith and jihad, continuing to build their capacities and maintain all elements of strength.”

The Leader spoke about the support front from the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad in the battle of “The Promised Victory and the Sacred Jihad,” in support of the Palestinian people and backing the fighters in Gaza, emphasizing that the distinctiveness of this front lies in its comprehensive official and popular mobilization.

He clarified that the official and popular stance in the Yemeni support front was independent of the American ceiling and guided by the principle of religious duty, noting that the Yemeni position was characterized by enormous popular momentum, widespread activities, and steadfast continuity.

He highlighted the popular activities in Yemen supporting the Palestinian cause and Gaza, which are unparalleled globally, including the weekly million-strong demonstrations that have continued for over two years.

He described the weekly million-strong mobilization of the Yemeni people as remarkable, filling over 1,400 squares, with uninterrupted demonstrations, weekly gatherings, seminars, and diverse activities involving all segments of Yemeni society and general mobilization efforts.

He said, “There is great attention to military training and qualification, producing over one million fighters. There has been a transition to a second level of training , qualification, and the activities have reached hundreds of thousands of diverse initiatives.”

He added, “At the forefront of these activities is the work of the Yemeni Scholars Association, under the sponsorship and care of His Eminence the Mufti, Sayyid Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, along with scholars and preachers, through awareness efforts, public statements, and position declarations, providing a refined model of religious scholarship.”

Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi stated that the intensive and ongoing activity of the Yemeni Scholars Association stems from a sense of responsibility to awaken the people and raise awareness, considering Yemeni scholars a refined model of religious scholars and an example of how they should lead the nation in confronting global Zionism, representing disbelief and evil.

He said, “Yemeni scholars have had the great honor of leading the people through their activities, attention, and engagement with the public on various occasions,” emphasizing that the positions of Yemeni scholars are explicit, clear, and rise to the level of responsibility, truly reflecting religious and Islamic duty.

He added, “In the student and university sectors, there were prominent and numerous activities and demonstrations by students, professors, and staff of Yemeni universities, as well as by the student sector and school teachers.”

He pointed out that what distinguished the Yemeni people from many other Arab and Islamic countries were the abundant activities, diverse events, demonstrations, sit-ins at universities , schools, which represented a great, honorable, and dignified effort.

He affirmed that the armed tribal standpoints were major demonstrations by Yemeni tribes, which mobilized their people, resources, and weapons to express their genuine stance. He praised the courageous position of Yemen’s tribes, steadfast on the faith-based and Qur’anic path, which thwarted many conspiracies that the enemies of Islam sought to use to weaken, infiltrate, or embroil the people in discord.

The Revolution Leader emphasized that the tribes of Yemen thwarted numerous conspiracies, preserved social peace, directed efforts and attention within the framework of this great stance, sacrificed martyrs, and contributed in every possible way, including financially, within the context of this noble effort in the path of jihad for the sake of God.

He touched on the media front, which is considered one of the important fronts in the battle of the “Promised Victory and the Sacred Jihad.” This front is sensitive and significant, and one of the primary concerns of Americans and Israelis is to influence public opinion through the media.

He noted that global Zionist Jewry has been active in the media for a long time, possessing enormous capabilities and numerous agents and mouthpieces. He emphasized that the enemies operate with many tools, including individuals who claim to belong to the nation and present themselves as Arabs and Muslims, but in reality act as mouthpieces for Zionism.

He pointed out that some members of the nation work according to enemy directives and slogans within psychological warfare, aiming to target the nation and defame anyone who stands against the Israeli enemy. Those who act against the Zionist Jews face an immense and intensive media machinery targeting them.

The Revolution Leader dedicated part of his speech to salute the “knights of jihad” in the media field, who have acted in a great, effective, and influential way. He extended his greetings, respect, and appreciation to them for their efforts and continued dedication, noting that this role remains critically important.

He urged the “knights of jihad” working in the media field to continue and to work effectively to develop their performance and output, considering their role to be important and great — so much so that the enemies complain about the effectiveness of that role and its level of influence.
He affirmed that media is one of the important and sensitive fronts in the struggle between the nation and its implacable enemy, the Zionist Jews and their allies, noting the sacrifices the “knights of jihad” in media have made and their substantial contribution in confronting the mouthpieces of Zionism.

In his speech he addressed matters related to the supporting operations involving missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, and the naval operations that continued on a large scale and with significant momentum according to available capabilities, as well as the clear successes achieved at the level of naval operations , their great impact and strategic importance.

Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al‑Din al‑Houthi spoke of the United States’ entry into aggression against our country in support of the Israeli enemy in two successive rounds in partnership with Britain, and of its concerted efforts with Israel and Britain against our country, employing advanced combat means and deploying five aircraft carriers during the two rounds.

He said, “At the air force level the enemy used B‑2s and B‑52s and various other air assets, bombs and missiles to target our positions, and the Americans tried with all their effort to stop the naval operations and to secure the Israeli enemy’s return to maritime navigation.”

He affirmed that the Israeli enemy was unable to maintain control over the Red Sea, the Bab al‑Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea, noting that the Americans, together with the British and Israelis, carried out nearly three thousand air raids and naval bombardments, and intensified their targeting of our country’s civilian sites.

He pointed out that the American, British and Israeli enemy sought to destroy missile capabilities and drone capabilities but failed miserably; the American hopes were dashed and many MQ‑9 drones were shot down to the point that their prestige was damaged.

He mentioned that the aircraft carriers — symbols of American power and military control — became a burden; their commanders grew fearful for those carriers, which ultimately fled the theater of confrontations.

The leader cited statements made by U.S. military leaders and Navy officials that the level of the naval battle with the Yemeni Armed Forces is unprecedented since World War II, and that the impact and effectiveness of Yemeni operations reached the point where they were astonished at the Yemeni forces’ use of ballistic missiles with precision in naval operations.

He affirmed that the use of ballistic missiles greatly troubled the Americans — it was a first in history and amazed the Americans, who ultimately failed completely; they did not succeed in halting the Yemeni stance, nor in limiting it, nor in disabling or destroying its capabilities.

He said, “The process of development and innovation continued and was successful from the start in terms of range and in overcoming all protection and interception means possessed by the enemies between Yemen , Palestine, and in attempts to intercept anything heading toward Palestine by sea — yet they failed.”

He pointed out that the path of turning challenges into opportunities was based on innovation and astonished the enemies, and that part of the battle with the enemies is the battle of renewed innovation in surpassing the technologies and capabilities they possess.
He explained that the naval operations were very successful and the role they played was extremely important, and that the role played by air defense was also witnessed by the enemies in terms of its impact — they noted that it is continuously developing — pointing to the great role of the rocket forces and unmanned aviation, which the enemies also attested to and failed to affect.
The Leader renewed his assertion that the enemies did not succeed in destroying capabilities, nor in limiting operations, nor in forcing a halt to support, adding: “The enemies observed how our forces adapted to the challenges and turned them into opportunities — by the grace, assistance, support, care, victory and guidance of God.”
He said, “The enemies’ turn to economic pressure through aggressive and arbitrary measures targeted the humanitarian file and civilian facilities; they tried to tighten the siege but failed to cause our people to back down from their stance. Our people remained steadfast, patient, and continued their path and struggle with pride and firmness.”
He added, “The more martyrs our people have offered, the more steadfastness, resilience and giving they have shown. What our people give in martyrs is evidence of the sincerity of their position — they realize that what they give in martyrs for the sake of God is not a loss, but is part of a just stance and a great honor.”
He clarified that the sacrifices do not diminish the Yemeni people’s capabilities, resources, or cadres, nor do they affect the strength of their stance, production, or generosity, affirming that the security sphere is among the areas of great importance in the confrontation with the enemies because they focus on it and it is the twin of the military sphere.
He confirmed that the Israeli enemy, together with the Americans who share responsibility for all its crimes, still pose a continuing danger to the Ummah; the Zionist plan remains in place and the enemies act on that basis — it is their point of departure — noting that the state of Zionist threat and danger to the Palestinian people throughout Palestine, including in the Gaza Strip, is ongoing.
He explained that what took place was a round and it may have subsided, but the Israeli and American enemy are always active at all levels, pointing out that one of the outcomes of the “Crime of the Century” is that the Ummah has become aware of the true nature of the Israeli enemy, its danger, the danger of complacency toward its conspiracies, and the necessity of getting rid of it.
He added, “Regrettably, and in the opposite direction, some pro‑American and pro‑Israeli people and the naïve always seek to divert the Ummah’s attention from that and occupy it with other topics. We must discern and contemplate the difference between the two directions: the Israeli‑American direction which, after every round, continues on trajectories that serve its agenda.”

The Leader pointed out that the American and Israeli parties continue their schemes against the Ummah and prepare themselves for the next round — whether there are agreements, rounds in the field, or military confrontations — stressing that the enemy always seeks to consolidate its control and prepare to expand the scope of that control according to the Zionist plan.
He continued, “The Israeli and American practice deception against our Ummah, while some Arabs turn inward in ways that serve the enemy as if the conflict has ended and as if Palestine has been liberated,” calling for the necessity of preserving what the Yemeni people have achieved in their magnificent stance, their level of awareness, the jihadi spirit, and attention at all levels.
He urged the need to preserve what Yemen has achieved in building military capabilities, training and qualification, and that all lines of work remain ongoing, adding, “If the Israeli aggression and the siege on Gaza stop, that will be one round — and there will certainly be more rounds to come, because the Israeli entity will not leave Palestine nor leave the Ummah, with the American partner and supporter beside it.”
He stated that one of the major gains of the “Tawfan al‑Aqsa” operation is the continuation of activities in many countries of the world and an awakening of conscience and global alertness among many peoples, and that the global popular movement played a role alongside the axis of jihad and resistance in pressuring the American and Israeli parties to stop the aggression on Gaza.
He went on to say, “We should build on the global popular movement so that it grows further within the framework of awareness toward the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people’s suffering.”
Sayyid Abdul-Malik al‑Houthi described the October 14 Revolution as a glorious and everlasting anniversary for the Yemeni people, stressing the importance of including in educational and media activities the most important facts about the era of the British occupation, the crimes, betrayals and collaboration associated with it, and the reasons that have helped the enemy to occupy and control.
He reviewed the most great, important and noble activities of the Yemeni people, including the weekly million-strong rallies that are unparalleled, noting that some remained steadfast and continued every week.
He praised the role of the Committee for the Support of al‑Aqsa, chaired by the Acting Prime Minister, the scholar Mohammad Miftah and his colleagues, and their important contribution in organizing, promoting and calling for the demonstrations, as well as the efforts of the other organizing committees, the security side, officials, social notables and cultural activists who contributed to the continuity of the weekly million-strong demonstrations with great momentum — exemplary and unmatched in the world.

He extended his greetings, respect, honor, and appreciation to all those who contributed to the continuation of the weekly million-strong rallies in support of the Palestinian people, their just cause, and the fighters in Gaza.

The Leader began his speech by addressing the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, including the annual anniversary of the martyrdom of the great leader Yahya Al-Sinwar, recalling the profound lessons he left for generations, and describing him as a symbol of Palestinian steadfastness and sacrifice for the sake of God.

He noted that Martyr Al-Sinwar embodied immense values and high awareness through his dedication and struggle in the field of jihad, forming an inspiring school for generations, highlighting the great contributions of all mujahid leaders, at every position of responsibility, and on all support fronts that offered significant sacrifices.

He emphasized that Hezbollah has been at the forefront of those making major sacrifices, led by the great martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, and that the Islamic Republic of Iran has made significant sacrifices in steadfastly supporting the Palestinian cause despite any pressures.

He pointed out that the Islamic Republic of Iran has provided mujahid leaders, foremost among them the great leader Martyr Qassem Soleimani.

He said, “In the sacrifices of our people and the martyrs they offered for the sake of God since their movement in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad, they have stood out through their continuous dedication and martyrdom.”

The Leader reported that the Armed Forces announced today the martyrdom of the brother, comrade, and great leader, Chief of Staff Martyr Muhammad Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, honoring his significant contributions within the framework of Yemeni support for the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad.

He added, “The Armed Forces have offered cadres as a sacrifice to God in the context of the just and sincere position they officially and popularly adopted in a framework of sacrifice and steadfastness,” noting that the Yemeni people acted with fear of none but God, despite the American-imposed limits intended to restrain the nation and dominate Palestine.

He offered his deepest condolences to the relatives of Martyr General Al-Ghamari, his comrades in the Armed Forces, and all free people, affirming that Al-Ghamari played a major role in supporting Gaza, and that since his martyrdom, his colleagues in responsibility and jihad continue the path.

He continued, “At the forefront of the martyrs from our people in government, led by the Prime Minister, the Armed Forces, and from the dear people of various sectors, is great sacrifice,” pointing out that on the anniversary of Al-Sinwar’s martyrdom, we note the failure of the Israeli enemy and its sponsors, led by the Americans, who were forced to negotiate within the framework of a prisoner exchange deal.

Sayyid Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi confirmed that the Israeli enemy failed despite the extensive and unconditional American support, broad Western backing, and the global Zionist mobilization behind it.

He stated, “Despite the Israeli enemy’s declarations regarding Greater Israel and reshaping the Middle East, it failed in its operational goals, foremost among them resolving control over Gaza and ending the resistance.”

He reiterated the failure of the Israeli enemy and its sponsors, alongside its American partner, to recover its captives without a prisoner exchange, stressing that the enemy’s massive and heinous crimes could not break the will of the Palestinian people and their cherished mujahideen in Gaza.

He added, “The Israeli enemy could not, with all its tactics and capabilities, retrieve its captives without a prisoner exchange,” emphasizing that the agreement reflects a major failure despite the enemy’s vast resources and U.S. and Western support.

The Leader explained that from the very first day after Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood,” the Israeli enemy could have entered into a prisoner exchange and spared the region the crimes it committed, yet it pushed the entire region to the brink of a major and comprehensive war with significant global consequences.

He said, “There are ongoing Israeli violations—killing Palestinians, significant harassment, and limiting humanitarian aid, which is a right of the Palestinian people to receive the necessary life-sustaining support.”

He added, “The agreement specifies minimum amounts for aid entering Gaza, yet the enemy seeks to reduce these provisions.”

He noted that the Israeli entity’s treatment of released prisoners revealed to the world the crimes of torture committed against them, considering it a major crime against the Palestinian people and one of the heinous acts committed by Israel.

The Leader described the Israeli enemy as a rogue entity that adheres neither to ethics nor values, nor to humanitarian, international, or other laws.

He said, “Regarding the martyrs’ bodies, it was clear that they committed cold-blooded killings and executions. Some of the returned bodies had blindfolded eyes and bound hands, exposing the horrific crimes of the Zionist enemy against prisoners.”

He added, “In some cases, it is clear that they committed a terrible, horrific crime by running over them with tank treads,” emphasizing that the Israeli enemy continuously tried to prevent any signs of joy over the prisoners’ return to their families, people, and the Palestinian nation.

He noted that alongside the Gaza agreement, the Israeli enemy attempted to mobilize its traitorous agents who betrayed their people, cause, and nation, fought with the enemy, committed crimes against Palestinians, and engaged in looting.

He explained that the enemy tried to use these agents to control parts of Gaza under the guise of “legitimacy” or “civil war,” aiming to portray their actions as merely an internal Palestinian conflict against the resistance, yet they utterly failed.

He praised the efforts of the Interior Ministry’s security apparatus in Gaza, which successfully neutralized the traitorous agents and took measures to prevent their domination, playing a crucial role in operations against these criminal, traitorous gangs supporting the Israeli enemy.

Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi promised that the stance of the local people at the level of the tribes and the rest of the Palestinian people in all their segments is completely clear and decisive with the resistance against the collaborators.

He referred to statements by the U.S. Central Command, which he described as showing solidarity with the criminal collaborator gangs in the Gaza Strip and using language expressing sorrow and pain for innocent Palestinians, according to their wording, affirming that the American is known for his partnership in all the crimes of the Israeli enemy that targeted the Palestinian people as a whole.

He asked, “Is the American sympathetic to the Palestinian people and pained by their suffering? He is the one who, with his weapons, planning, and direct participation, killed thousands of children and women alongside the Israeli enemy, provided the political cover and protection for the ‘crime of the century’ in the Gaza Strip with all its heinous crimes.”

He added, “What we hope is that the ceasefire agreement will continue, that Palestinians will be allowed to rebuild with broad support, and that the aggression against the Gaza Strip will stop,” reiterating the need for continued vigilance and readiness.

The Revolution Leader pointed out that the Israeli enemy only responds to coercion, which requires constant preparedness, high vigilance, continuous monitoring, and readiness for any developments.

He said, “One of the most important developments of the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ operation is that there has been a round of fighting at such a level of large-scale military engagement over two years, and the support fronts are among the most important developments in this significant round following the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ operation.”

He praised Hezbollah’s contribution to the great support for the Palestinian people from the start and its major sacrifices in the form of its martyred leaders and fighters, affirming that the enemy sought to eliminate the resistance in Lebanon but failed utterly.

He commended the role of the Iraq Front, which caused great concern for the Israeli enemy and was an important development within this round, asserting that the Islamic Republic of Iran provided steadfast support and generous aid in facing all challenges and pressures, up to the war that the enemy entity waged on Iran — a war that failed disastrously over 12 days during which it received heavy and painful blows.

The leader renewed his assertion that the Israeli enemy is doomed to fail and be defeated, that its entity is temporary, and that the Palestinian people will attain full freedom , independence, and that God’s decree will surely come for the disappearance of the oppressive, criminal Israeli entity.
