Today, Friday, Israeli occupation forces arrested an elderly man, a woman, and four Palestinian children from the towns of Yatta and Beit Ummar in Hebron Governorate, southern West Bank.
Media activist Osama Mukhāmara told the Palestinian News Agency Wafa that Israeli forces raided the Khirbet al-Rakeez area and arrested the elderly Saeed al-Amour, after he was assaulted by settlers who had damaged the fence around his house.
Israeli forces also arrested a woman and her child in the Khalidiya area of the Badia region, east of Yatta, and confiscated a vehicle.
In Beit Ummar, activist Mohammed Awad reported that Israeli forces stormed the town, deploying infantry units in its streets, and arrested three children: Adam Mohammed Talal Al-Alami (14 years old), Mohammed Ghaffan Talal Al-Alami (13 years old), and Khalil Bassam Khalil Al-Alami (15 years old), while they were sitting on the roof of their house in the Abu al-Touq area near the town’s entrance.
He added that the Israeli forces bound the three children and transferred them to one of the Israeli army camps in the Karmi Tzur settlement, which is established on Palestinian-owned land.
