Government Reviews Readiness, Preparedness for Potential Confrontation with Israeli Enemy, Its Proxies

Yemen’s Government discussed the level of readiness and preparedness for a potential forthcoming confrontation with the Israeli enemy and its proxies in the region, amid escalating regional developments.

During its meeting in Sana’a, the government renewed its condemnation of Zionist violations in the Gaza Strip, Lebanon, and Syria, as well as the grave violation of Somalia’s sovereignty represented by the Zionist entity’s recognition of the Somaliland region.

The Cabinet warned of the repercussions of these actions and what it termed the Zionist arrogance on the security and stability of the region.

Acting Prime Minister Allama Mohammed Muftah stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to serve Yemeni citizens during this sensitive phase, while continuing the path of general mobilization and preparedness.

He affirmed that Yemen remains steadfast in its “courageous and honorable” position in support of regional security and stability, underscoring the need to keep pace with developments and maintain military and security readiness for any emergency. He also highlighted the importance of consolidating popular and official integration at all levels.
