Unconditional Halt to Israeli Aggression Sole Way to End Fighting: Iranian President

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian described an unconditional cessation of Israeli aggression against Iran as the only solution to end the imposed war.

In a post on his X account on Friday, President Pezeshkian said, “We have always sought peace and calm, but the only way to end the imposed war in the current conditions is ‘unconditional cessation’ of the enemy’s aggression and definite guarantees of an end to the Zionists terrorists’ adventurism forever.”

The president warned that if the Israeli regime’s aggression is not brough to a halt, Iran will give more severe responses that will make the aggressor regret attacking the country.

The Zionist regime waged an unprovoked war of aggression against Iran on June 13. It carried out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear, military and residential sites that resulted in the martyrdom of scores of top military commanders, nuclear scientists and ordinary citizens.

The Iranian military forces started counterattacks immediately afterwards. They Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Aerospace Force has carried out 16 waves of retaliatory missile strikes against the Zionist regime as of June 20 as part of Operation True Promise III.
