Israeli enemy raids Palestinian villages and assaults residents

Israeli enemy forces raided the village of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, on Tuesday evening, while several citizens sustained bruises after being assaulted by occupation forces in the southern area of Al Khalil.

Local sources reported that several vehicles belonging to the Zionist occupation forces stormed Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, roamed its streets, and tore down posters of martyrs in the village, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

In Al Khalil, enemy forces restricted the movement of residents in the southern area and sealed it off after isolating its neighborhoods and streets.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that occupation forces assaulted citizens in the Jabal Jawhar area, noting that medical treatment was provided to two injured individuals. This occurred amid a wide campaign of raids and searches in the southern area, attacks on families, vandalism of property, and on-site interrogations of residents.

Security sources added that occupation forces intensified their military measures in the Old City and the southern area, detained citizens, and prevented them from using the area’s streets, claiming the area had been declared a military zone.
