Death toll rises to 108 in US – Israeli attack on girls’ school in southern Iran

The death toll of schoolgirls killed in the US-Israeli attack on a girls’ school in the city of Minab, southern Iran, has risen to 108, as of Saturday.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Hormozgan Province, southern Iran, announced that the number of martyrs at Minab Elementary Girls’ School has reached 108, according to Al Mayadeen.

At the same time, the Iranian Ministry of Education reported that 90 schoolgirls were injured as a result of the attack.

Hussein Sadeghi, Head of the Ministry’s Media and Public Relations Center, told the Iranian news agency that the Israeli-American aggression has so far targeted three schools, including a school in the city of Abyek in Qazvin Province west of Tehran, which resulted in the death of one student, while two others were injured while returning from school in the Narmak area of Tehran.

Sadeghi added that the process of removing debris and recovering the dead and wounded is still ongoing at “Al-Shajarah Al-Tayyibah” school in Minab.
