Iran’s Health Ministry: At Least 430 Martyred in Israel’s Attacks

At least 430 civilians have been martyred and over 3,500 wounded in Iran since Israel unleashed its war against the country, the Health Ministry in Tehran announced on Saturday.

Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Iraj Harirchi announced that the death toll from Israeli aerial attacks rose to 430, with more than 3,500 civilians wounded since the start of the war.
Since last Friday, the Israeli regime has continued its aggression against Iran, conducted a series of aerial attacks on nuclear facilities, military infrastructure and residential buildings in Tehran and other cities.Just hours after the regime’s assault, Iran carried out its retaliatory military operation True Promise III by firing a barrage of missiles and drones toward the occupied territories, targeting critical Israeli military and intelligence facilities in multiple cities.
Head of public relations at Iran’s Health Ministry Hossein Kermanpour also stated that 54 women and children were among the victims.Kermanpour added most of the casualties have been civilians.“Among the injured, 2,220 have been treated and discharged from Ministry of Health hospitals, while 232 received outpatient care at the scene of the attacks. During this period, our dedicated medical teams across the country have performed 457 surgeries on the wounded,” he continued.
