Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya HQ: “We will retaliate for attacks on energy infrastructure”
He stated that targeting the fuel, energy, and gas infrastructure of the country from which the attack originates is legitimate and that a strong response by Iran’s armed forces should be expected.
Earlier, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued an urgent warning for citizens and residents to evacuate areas near oil facilities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, including: SABIC Refinery (Saudi Arabia), Al Hosn Gas Field (UAE), Jubail Petrochemical Complex (Saudi Arabia), Mesaieed Petrochemical Complex (Qatar), and Ras Laffan Refinery (Qatar). The IRGC described these sites as direct and legitimate targets.
The warning follows recent US-Israeli attacks on Iranian energy infrastructure. Iran has launched Operation “Promised True 4” in response to the aggression.
