Iranian Vice President: Region Will Plunge into Darkness if Our Infrastructure is Attacked

Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref asserted on Sunday that an attack on Iranian infrastructure would plunge the region into darkness.

The Iranian news agency Tasnim quoted Aref as saying, “The person who was speaking until yesterday about ‘friendship with the Iranian people’ has, in the context of continuing his crimes against the Iranian people, issued an explicit threat to target Iranian power plants, which shows that the threat is directed at the Iranian people directly.”
