Iran Commemorates 40th Day of Leader’s Martyrdom, Vows Unyielding Resistance

Millions of Iranians flooded the street across the nation on Thursday, marking the 40th day since the martyrdom of Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, elite commanders, and the children of Minab—victims of a brutal US-Israeli terrorist onslaught on Feb. 28.

The Tehran processions, beginning at Jomhouri Square and culminating at the site of the Leader’s assassination, became a roaring declaration of allegiance to his revolutionary path and a condemnation of enemy atrocities.

The solemn processions in Tehran, began at Jomhouri Square and extended to the site of Ayatollah Khamenei’s assassination, featured mourners chanting slogans, reciting elegies, and reaffirming their allegiance to his revolutionary ideals.
