“Red Cross”: 1,700 people affected by hostilities in southern Lebanon

The International Committee of the Red Cross in Lebanon said on Monday that 1,700 civilians in Deirbl, Bint Jbeil district, are living under the impact of ongoing hostilities with limited access to essential services.

The committee stressed the importance of reaching those in need wherever they are.

It comes amid continued Israeli strikes across Lebanon since March 2, which have caused thousands of casualties and widespread displacement.
