Ansarullah Condoles Hamas Leadership and Palestinian People Over Martyrdom of Azzam Al-Hayya

The Political Bureau of Ansarullah has extended condolences to the leadership of Hamas, Khalil al-Hayya, the resistance leadership, and the Palestinian people over the martyrdom of mujahed Azzam al-Hayya, who was killed in a “treacherous Zionist terrorist operation” in Gaza.

In a statement, the Bureau stressed that continued steadfastness and sacrifices in confrontation arenas reflect the sincerity of the resistance position and the depth of the ideological and spiritual bond between the resistance leadership and the Palestinian people.

It strongly condemned the ongoing violations of the ceasefire and the continued crimes committed by the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people.

The statement also denounced the failure of Arab and Islamic regimes to assume their religious and humanitarian responsibilities in the face of the Zionist-American project, affirming that resistance remains the most realistic and effective option for liberating Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque and for thwarting the so-called “Greater Israel” project.

It further called on free people around the world to intensify solidarity with the Palestinian people, support their legitimate rights, and stand with their cause, stressing that the pure blood of the martyrs will remain a guiding light for future generations, fuel for the path of liberation, and a sign of the approaching end of the occupation.

The martyrdom of Azzam al-Hayya, son of Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya, adds to a growing list of family members of Palestinian resistance leaders killed during the Israeli enemy’s ongoing aggression on Gaza. Palestinian factions say the repeated targeting and killing of relatives of resistance leaders reflects the Zionist entity’s strategy of exerting pressure on the resistance through collective punishment and assassination campaigns.

Azzam al-Hayya was reported to have succumbed to severe wounds sustained amid the ongoing confrontation with the Israeli enemy, with Palestinian circles describing his martyrdom as part of the sacrifices made by resistance leaders alongside the Palestinian people.

Palestinian resistance groups continue to emphasize that the blood of resistance leaders’ sons has become intertwined with the sacrifices of Gaza’s civilians, amid relentless Israeli bombardment, widespread destruction, and an escalating humanitarian catastrophe across the Strip.
