Five killed & several wounded in Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon

Five civilians were killed and others injured on Monday after two Israeli airstrikes hit the towns of Machghara and Kawthariyat al-Raz in southern Lebanon, according to local reports.

The Lebanese National News Agency said the strike on Machghara killed five people, while another strike on Kawthariyat al-Raz caused injuries.

The attacks come amid ongoing Israeli violations of a ceasefire agreement and continued strikes on civilian areas across Lebanon.
