Protest Rally in Stockholm Against Continuing Israeli Attacks on Gaza, Lebanon

Dozens of protesters demonstrated in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, on Saturday, protesting against the continuing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.

According to the Turkish Anadolu news agency on Saturday evening, the protesters gathered in Odensplan Square in response to a call by civil society organizations, expressing their rejection of ongoing Israeli airstrikes on Gaza and Lebanon despite ceasefire agreements.

Participants held signs reading: “Civilians are being killed in Gaza,” “Schools and hospitals are being bombed,” “Stop the attacks on Lebanon,” “End the food shortage,” and “We don’t want war.”

The demonstrators demanded an end to the “genocide” in Gaza and an end to airstrikes on Lebanon. They also called on the Swedish government to halt arms exports to “Israel.”
