Resistance security in Gaza announces foiling of Israeli sabotage plots, their agents

The Palestinian resistance security forces in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday the foiling of sabotage plots by the Israeli enemy and its agents in the Strip.

In a press statement, the resistance security forces confirmed the arrest of agents working for the Israeli enemy who were planning to carry out acts of sabotage.

The statement read: “As part of a security operation based on meticulous surveillance and investigations, a group of agents was apprehended. These agents were being directed by ‘agent gangs’ and were in direct coordination with Israeli intelligence. They were using various cover stories to carry out acts of sabotage and incitement within the Gaza Strip.”

The statement continued: “The agents confessed to working to incite citizens and create chaos within the Gaza Strip, with the intention of luring police officers into a trap, thus paving the way for them to be targeted by Israeli forces and their agents. Investigations also revealed their plans to target resistance members and security and police leaders as part of their sabotage scheme.”

He continued: “Our security assessments confirm the Zionist enemy’s intention to direct its agents to carry out sabotage operations in several areas in the coming period, while simultaneously activating other agents within the Gaza Strip to conduct further incitement activities.”

The Resistance Security Forces confirmed that they have achieved a significant breakthrough in uncovering those involved in these sabotage operations and have confiscated weapons and other equipment from them. Further operations are currently underway to apprehend and neutralize them, in order to completely eliminate the security threat.

They called on citizens to be vigilant and wary of inciting media platforms and to report any suspicious or inciting activity, emphasizing that the Resistance Security Forces’ field force remains committed to defending our people, regardless of the circumstances.
