Deputy Foreign Minister affirms Yemen’s support for Palestine with All its capabilities, resources

Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulwahid Abu Ras affirmed on, Thursday, that the Republic of Yemen is closely monitoring the ongoing negotiations in Cairo with the Palestinian side.

In a statement, the Deputy Foreign Minister explained that the continued pressure on the Palestinian side to strip it of its most important element of strength—its weapons—serves the interests of the Israeli enemy and completes its project of controlling what remains of the Gaza Strip.

He pointed out that the Israeli enemy entity is perpetrating daily killings, destruction, and acts of genocide, while the Palestinian side adheres to the ceasefire agreement.

Abu Ras indicated that the Israeli enemy entity is exerting pressure through daily war crimes and via mediators and guarantors to extract what it could not seize by military force and to push the Palestinian people toward surrender. This is something it cannot achieve after the immense sacrifices made by the Palestinian people, including the martyrdom and injury of nearly half a million people in the Gaza Strip alone, most of whom are women and children.

The Deputy Foreign Minister concluded his statement by saying, “We affirm to the criminal Israeli enemy entity, and to those who support it, collude with it, and participate with it in its crimes, that the Palestinian people are unbreakable, no matter the sacrifices, and that Yemen stands with Palestine with all its capabilities and resources until the elimination of the criminal, satanic entity and the establishment of the Palestinian state on all of its national territory with Quds as its capital.”
