Israeli enemy kills 51 Palestinians, including dozens in separate attacks across Gaza

Since dawn on Saturday, 51 Palestinians, including nine in a single attack, have been martyred, and others injured in separate Israeli enemy attacks involving shelling and gunfire across Gaza Strip.

This comes as part of the ongoing genocide committed by the Israeli enemy forces against Palestinians in the enclave for the 21st consecutive month, according to medical sources, eyewitnesses, and a statement from the Civil Defense reported by Anadolu.

The sources stated that the Israeli enemy army’s attacks since dawn today have targeted displacement tents, a residential home, a shelter school, and gatherings of civilians in various parts of the Strip.

Among the casualties, nine were killed and ten injured in a shooting near two aid distribution centers affiliated with the so-called “U.S.-Israeli aid mechanism,” which faces criticism for becoming “death traps” for Palestinians.

In the latest developments, Gaza’s Civil Defense said in a statement that the Israeli enemy army killed eight Palestinians, including five children and a woman, and injured over 27 others by shelling a civilian gathering near “Yaffa Shelter School” in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.

Earlier, 43 Palestinians were martyred, including initial casualties from the bombing of the Yaffa market, in Israeli attacks across different areas of the Strip.

In the south, six Palestinians were killed when the Israeli enemy targeted a displacement tent housing Abu Tamea family in Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis.

Another Palestinian was martyred, and several others were injured when the Israeli enemy shelled Al-Arja tent in the same area, while six more were wounded in another Israeli strike on a tent in Al-Mawasi.

Additionally, seven Palestinians were killed in two Israeli airstrikes targeting eastern Khan Younis.

West of Rafah, seven Palestinians were martyred and others wounded by Israeli enemy gunfire while waiting for “U.S.-Israeli aid.”

In central Gaza, two Palestinians were killed when the Israeli enemy shelled a civilian gathering east of Deir al-Balah.

Two more Palestinians were martyred, and ten others injured when Israeli forces opened fire on civilians waiting for “U.S.-Israeli aid” near the Nitzarim aid distribution point.

Operating outside UN and international oversight, Tel Aviv and Washington have been implementing a limited aid distribution plan since May 27, during which Israeli forces have repeatedly opened fire on Palestinians lining up for aid, forcing them to choose between starvation and bullets.

As of Wednesday, Gaza’s Health Ministry reported that the death toll of Palestinians killed while attempting to access “U.S.-Israeli aid” near distribution points since May 27 has risen to 549, with over 4,066 injured.

In Gaza City, three Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli strike targeting the Al-Saftawi area north of the city.

Two more Palestinians, including a child, were killed, and 12 others injured when the Israeli enemy bombed Adnan Al-Alami shelter school housing displaced people northwest of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, two Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on a house in Jabalia al-Balad in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to Gaza’s Civil Defense, 11 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack targeting a civilian gathering at Yaffa market in Al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal stated that among the victims were “children, women, elderly, and a girl with Down syndrome.”

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy, backed by the U.S., has been committing genocide in Gaza through killings, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, disregarding international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt its actions.
