Hamas: Israeli Enemy Establishing Settlement Outposts

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) warned on Saturday of the escalating land-clearing operations in the town of Mikhmas, north of occupied Jerusalem, in preparation for establishing a new settlement outpost. This comes in parallel with the ongoing demolition and confiscation operations in several neighborhoods of the holy city.

Haroun Nasser al-Din, a member of the political bureau and head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office in Hamas, said in a press statement published on the movement’s Telegram channel, that this step represents an extension of a colonial project seeking to Judaize Jerusalem and displace its residents, something that will not be achieved thanks to the steadfastness and resilience of its people.
