Saree: Armed forces shoot down Saudi enemy reconnaissance drone in Maqbana in Taiz

The Yemeni Armed Forces shot down on Sunday a Saudi enemy reconnaissance drone in the skies northwest of Maqbana district of Taiz governorate.

The official spokesman for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, explained in a statement that the Yemeni Armed Forces, by the grace of Allah, were able to shoot down a Wing Loong II armed reconnaissance drone belonging to the Saudi enemy while it was carrying out hostile missions this morning in the skies northwest of Maqbana of Taiz Governorate.

He confirmed that the drone was targeted with appropriate weaponry.
