Brig. Gen. Saree: Two Saudi fighter formations intercepted over Mokha

The Armed Forces intercepted two Saudi fighter formations over Mokha in Taiz Governorate on Wednesday evening.

Armed Forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree said the two Saudi F-15 formations, which took off from Khamis Mushait Air Base, were intercepted at 6:40 p.m. by locally manufactured surface-to-air missiles.

He said the aircraft were forced to leave immediately before carrying out any hostile action.
