Foreign Ministry: criminal Saudi regime is what poses threat to nation’s holy sites

Allah the Almighty says: “O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.” Allah the Almighty has spoken the truth.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates noted that the criminal Saudi regime is persisting in repeating its false narrative that insults Islamic holy sites, exploiting their sanctity and inviolability in Islam.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry affirmed that Yemen is the one that has made sacrifice after sacrifice in defense of these holy sites.

The statement pointed out that the “Kingdom of the Horn of Satan” is in no position to level accusations against the Yemen of faith and wisdom, noting that these accusations follow secret meetings between representatives of the Saudi regime and Zionists in a neighboring country.

The Foreign Ministry emphasized that the Saudi regime which occupies Mecca and Medina has posed, and continues to pose, the greatest threat to the nation’s holy sites, noting that the regime is unfit to manage the Two Holy Mosques and cannot be entrusted with Islamic holy sites.

It further deemed the transformation of the holy sites into an investment venture for the criminal Saudi regime a grave insult to Islamic sanctities. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs concluded its statement by citing the Almighty’s words: “But what reason do they have not to be punished by Allah, while they obstruct [people] from the Sacred Mosque and are not its guardians? Its guardians are none but the righteous, but most of them do not know.”
