Prisoners Affairs Committee: Killing of Yemeni prisoners exposes true face of Saudi regime

The National Committee for Prisoners Affairs condemned the brutal killing of a number of Yemeni Armed Forces prisoners by Saudi enemy mercenaries on the outskirts of Dhu Bab District.

In a statement, the committee said the world had seen through television channels and social media footage showing the prisoners being shot and run over by US-made armored vehicles.

It said the crime exposed the true face of the Saudi regime and the terrorist extremist groups it has mobilized.

The committee held the Saudi regime fully responsible, morally and legally, for the crime, saying it had adopted and declared the battle.

It stressed that the crime would not be forgotten or subject to a statute of limitations, and that those responsible would not escape punishment. It added that the crime would neither undermine the Yemeni people’s morale nor weaken the Armed Forces, but would instead strengthen their resolve to confront the terrorist groups.

The committee called on media outlets, international organizations , people around the world to expose the crimes , their perpetrators and support efforts to hold them accountable.
