Al-Bukhaiti confirms smooth entry of food & medical supplies trucks into Taiz

The Acting Minister of Information Dr. Omar Al-Bukhaiti confirmed that hundreds of trucks carrying food, medical supplies, fuel and other essential goods enter Taiz city daily through Al-Hangar Roundabout crossing, with full security and facilitation by government authorities.

In a statement to Saba, Al-Bukhaiti said local, Arab and international media reports had documented the smooth passage of cargo and medical aid trucks without obstruction.

He said these reports refute Saudi claims, echoed by Saudi-funded media, that the Government of Change and Construction is besieging Taiz.

Al-Bukhaiti urged media outlets and the public to review reports and interviews with residents and truck drivers, verify information before adopting what he described as the Saudi enemy narrative, welcomed any media outlet wishing to visit and cover the situation in Taiz.
