Ansarullah Condemns Israeli Aggression on Syria

The Political Bureau of Ansarullah strongly condemned the latest Israeli aggression on Syria, describing it as a blatant violation of Syrian sovereignty.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Bureau said the attacks are part of a broader scheme aimed at destabilizing and fragmenting Arab and Islamic countries to strengthen Israeli hegemony in the region.

“The ongoing Zionist bullying requires a serious stance from Syrian authorities, backed by all Arab and Islamic nations,” the statement emphasized. It further stressed the need to end the blatant Israeli transgressions and break the silence and submission in the face of Zionist aggression.

The Bureau called on all parties to take responsibility in confronting the Israeli enemy, which continues its attacks on Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon.

This condemnation comes less than an hour after Israeli airstrikes targeted several sites in the Syrian capital, Damascus, including the presidential palace, the vicinity of the Ministry of Defense, and the General Staff Headquarters.

Early on Monday, HTS forces initiated an offensive in Suweida following fatal confrontations between Druze and Bedouin factions, resulting in the deaths of dozens of individuals and injuries to hundreds of others.

At least 99 people have been killed and around 200 others wounded over the past two days in the Suweida province, as clashes escalate between local Druze fighters, Bedouin tribes, and HTS forces, the so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
