Supreme Political Council member Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi accused the United States and Saudi Arabia of responsibility for the latest escalation following the airstrike on Sana’a a International Airport.
In a post on X, Al-Houthi said the U.S. and its “Saudi proxy” were responsible for the aggression and blockade, describing the strike on the civilian airport after a period of reduced tensions as a dangerous escalation.
He said the attack was a direct violation of international humanitarian law and part of what he described as ongoing war crimes through the continued blockade and starvation of the Yemeni people.
