Araqchi Posts Image of Graves of More Than 160 Girls Killed by US-Israeli Aggression in Minab, Southern Iran

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi posted an aerial image on Monday evening of more than 160 graves being dug for the bodies of girls martyred in a US-Israeli aggression on an elementary school for girls in Minab, southern Iran, on Saturday.

Commenting on the image in a post on the X platform, Araqchi said: “These are graves being dug for more than 160 innocent girls killed in a US-Israeli bombing of an elementary school. Their bodies were torn to pieces.”

He asked rhetorically, “This is what Mr. Trump’s promised ‘rescue operation’ looks like in reality.”

He pointed out that criminality repeats itself with the same scenario, considering the criminal is the same: “From Gaza to Minab, innocents have been killed in cold blood.”

Iranian authorities announced on Sunday evening that the number of martyred schoolgirls had risen to 165 with the conclusion of search operations under the rubble at an elementary school for girls targeted by the Zionist-American aggression on Saturday morning in the city of Minab, southern Iran.

On Saturday morning, the United States of America and the Zionist entity began a new aggression against Iran, in which the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, and a number of senior Iranian leaders were martyred, and hundreds of children and civilians were killed, targeting the capabilities of the Iranian people.

In response to the aggression, Iran announced the beginning of Operation “True Promise 4” against the Zionist entity and American bases in the region.
