The operational design model of the Zionist regime’s attack on Evin Prison in Northern Tehran suggests that the ultimate goal of the perpetrators in this crime was to eliminate prisoners accused or convicted of collaborating with Mossad who were being held in the facility.
According to the spokesperson for Iran’s Judiciary, the attack by the Zionists on July 2nd resulted in the martyrdom of 71 individuals.Following the attack, the Zionist regime, in a media campaign with a humanitarian facade, claimed that their goal was to open the prison doors to help inmates escape. However, analysis of their operational behavior in this incident reveals that the operation had objectives beyond what was publicly stated.Among those killed in the attack were not only prison staff and conscripted soldiers but also inmates, family members of prisoners who were visiting or following up on legal matters, as well as residents of surrounding neighborhoods. The operation’s design indicates that the Zionists’ ultimate aim was to eliminate individuals held on charges or convictions related to collaboration with the Israeli intelligence and terrorist organization, Mossad. However, due to the timely response by the Prisons Organization and emergency forces, this objective was not achieved.Subsequent investigations revealed that while several inmates were martyred in the attack, none of them had security-related charges or convictions involving espionage or collaboration with Mossad or the Zionist regime. In fact, no security-related prisoners were harmed in the assault.
