Execution of spies is realistic consequence of espionage

It is a logical and realistic outcome that the Specialized Criminal Court in the capital, Sana’a, issued a death sentence against 17 individuals convicted of espionage and spying for the enemy, and sentenced two others to ten years in prison.

Espionage is considered internationally a form of warfare aimed at harming and overthrowing a regime, this is what the axis of evil (America, Britain, the Zionist entity, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) has consistently pursued by employing unscrupulous individuals with dead consciences to carry out espionage activities and gather information about the locations and movements of state leaders, as well as secrets related to the political and military situation, and other information that harms national security.

Espionage is classified globally as “high treason,” and its perpetrators are punishable by death. Espionage is a hostile act targeting the nation, its resources, capabilities, interests, and its political and military leaders, it constitutes a breach of the home front by weak elements devoid of conscience and national sentiment who succumbed to the lure of money offered by the enemies, thus engaging in actions that harm the nation’s interests, resources, and leaders.

Recently, after their failure in military confrontation, the axis of evil states have focused on recruiting spies, offering enticing financial incentives, these spies have eagerly gathered information on leaders and locations identified for them, despite their awareness that this harms the nation, its security, sovereignty, and stability.

What is reassuring and a source of pride is the high level of vigilance demonstrated by the security services, which tracked down this subversive group until their arrest and trial, this prevented the country from suffering significant damage that would have occurred had these unscrupulous spies succeeded in transmitting information to the axis of evil states.
