Health: 768 killed or injured in Saudi aggression since start of escalation up to October 30

The Ministry of Health and Environment announced on Saturday that the total number of casualties resulting from the Saudi aggression against Yemen—from the onset of the current escalation up to October 30, 2026—has reached 768, including both those killed and injured, the majority of whom are women and children.

In a statement, the Ministry reported that 232 civilians have been killed, including 68 children and 35 women, while 536 civilians have been injured, including 137 children and 72 women.

The Ministry noted that Taiz governorate recorded the highest number of casualties, with 279 killed or injured, followed by Sa’ada governorate with 166, Al-Jawf with 114, Sana’a governorate with 58, and Hodeida with 47, in addition to dozens of casualties across other governorates.

The Ministry of Health and Environment emphasized that these figures reflect systematic war crimes against civilians, pointing to the deliberate targeting of children and women—a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law.

The Ministry called upon the international community, as well as human rights and humanitarian organizations, to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities by taking urgent action to halt the aggression and hold its perpetrators accountable.
