Health ministry: 6 women, children killed or injured in Al-Ta’iziyah district

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Environment, Dr. Anis Al-Asbahi, confirmed that three women were killed and three children sustained injuries of varying severity after the Saudi-led enemy targeted the Wadi Hanash area—located in Hadhran sub-district of Al-Ta’iziyah District, Taiz governorate—with mortar shells.

In a statement, Dr. Al-Asbahi explained that targeting women and children inside their own homes—places that should be safe—constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and adds another crime to the series of atrocities committed by the enemy against defenseless civilians in Yemen.
