Hezbollah announced that its Islamic Resistance fighters targeted, on Thursday evening, the “Yoav” military barracks in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights with a rocket salvo, in response to Israeli aggression that hit dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut.
Hezbollah also targeted the Haifa Naval Base in the occupied city of Haifa with a rocket salvo on Thursday evening.
Early Friday morning, the party launched attacks with rocket salvos and artillery shells on positions and gatherings of the Israeli army in the settlements of “Al-Matlaa,” “Al-Manara,” “Al-Marj,” “Hodrat Al-Ajal,” and the “Yiftah” barracks near the Lebanese–occupied Palestinian border.
Additionally, at dawn, Hezbollah attacked Israeli army positions and gatherings in Wadi Al-Asafir and Talat Al-Hammas in the city of Al-Khiyam, the Kfar Kila gate, and the newly established site in the town of Markaba within Lebanese territory, as well as the Rwisat Al-Alam site in the occupied hills of Kfarchouba, Lebanon.
The Malikiya site was also targeted with a rocket salvo, along with a gathering of advancing Israeli army vehicles moving from Wadi Al-Asafir towards the southern neighborhood of Al-Khiyam, where Hezbollah achieved direct hits on the forces and forced them to retreat.
In the same context, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon released a statement early Friday warning settlers in northern occupied Palestine to evacuate their settlements.
The statement, issued by the War Media Center and accompanied by a map, read: “You are requested to evacuate all settlements located within 5 kilometers of the border line.”
It added: “Your army’s aggression against Lebanese sovereignty, targeting of peaceful citizens, destruction of civilian infrastructure, and the displacement campaign it implements will not go unanswered.”
