The Lebanese Hezbollah condemned the Israeli aggression against Yemen today, Wednesday, which targeted the newspapers “26 September” and “Yemen,” causing a number of journalist casualties, including deaths and injuries.
In a statement, Hezbollah said, “This brutal and treacherous aggression against media outlets and journalists is not new for the enemy entity, which has consistently sought to conceal its crimes. It reflects the bankruptcy of the terrorist and war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court, Netanyahu, who is now searching for any illusory victory to save himself from the quagmire of failure and defeat, after failing to eliminate the resistance or stop its operations in Gaza and the West Bank, and after despairing of deterring resistant Yemen or weakening its determination to continue supporting Gaza and exposing the entity’s crimes.”
Hezbollah expressed “full solidarity with Yemen’s resistant media,” calling on “all media institutions, professional unions, and Arab and international human rights bodies to condemn this aggression and bring its perpetrators to justice before competent international courts, to deter the Israeli entity and pressure it to stop its repeated attacks on journalists and media institutions.”
