The Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms has stated that civilians in Yemen are facing a continuous escalation in attacks by the Saudi enemy attacks that have extended to include farmers, first responders, water sources, and telecommunications networks, in flagrant violation of international rules and conventions.
In a statement a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba)the organization reported that Saudi enemy aircraft targeted two farming families while they were working on their land in the Al-Talh area of Sahar District, Saada Governorate. The coalition then struck the site again, targeting the civilians and first responders who had rushed to assist the wounded. The initial toll stands at seven martyrs and six injured.
