Intensive Israeli Airstrikes Over Damascus

The skies over the Syrian capital, Damascus, witnessed intensive overflights by a squadron of Israeli warplanes, coinciding with an incursion by an Israeli patrol into the Quneitra countryside in southern Syria in the early hours of Friday.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that an Israeli patrol consisting of eight vehicles moved from the Adnaniyah checkpoint towards the villages of Umm al-Adham and Ruwayhinah, passing through the villages of Rasm al-Halabi, al-Mushayrifah, and Umm Batinah in the Quneitra countryside, without any clashes or casualties being reported.
