Iranian Revolutionary Guard Executes 63rd Wave of “True Promise 4” Against US-Linked Oil Facilities in Region
The Revolutionary Guard said in a statement: “The 63rd wave was executed powerfully against US-linked oil facilities in the region, dedicated to the martyred Intelligence Minister and all the martyrs of the intelligence community.”
It added that the deceitful enemy targeted, on Wednesday afternoon, some energy facilities in the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the aim of pressuring and taking revenge on the people.
It affirmed that Iran did not intend to expand the scope of the war to include oil facilities or harm the economy of friendly countries, but the targeting of energy infrastructure imposed entering a new phase of the war, necessitating a response by targeting energy facilities linked to the United States and its stakeholders.
It pointed out that the armed forces immediately initiated an offensive response following the assault, and executed a powerful operation that resulted in the burning of a number of oil facilities that are among American interests in the region, to equalize the scale of damage.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard warned the “American and Zionist aggressors against repeating the targeting of energy infrastructure,” affirming that the response is ongoing, and that any repetition will be met with greater escalation and more severe attacks until complete destruction.
On February 28, America and the Zionist entity began a new aggression against Iran, which resulted in hundreds of civilian casualties and targeted schools, hospitals, mosques, and other capabilities of the Iranian people.
In response to the aggression, Iran launched Operation “True Promise 4” against the Zionist entity and American bases in the region.
