Israeli enemy warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on Sunday and at midnight, targeting various areas in southern Lebanon. An Israeli drone crashed near the Houla Husseiniya, and Israeli forces violated the Blue Line and advanced into the border area.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes targeting the Safi area, the outskirts of Sajd, and the outskirts of Mleeta in the Iqlim al-Tuffah region of southern Lebanon.
It also reported that an Israeli drone crashed near the Houla Husseiniya in the Nabatieh Governorate of southern Lebanon.
In a related incident, two Israeli military vehicles stopped at the southern border. A number of Israeli soldiers disembarked and crossed the Blue Line, briefly entering Lebanese territory in the border area of Darb al-Hawrat, southeast of the town of Mays al-Jabal, before withdrawing to the other side of the border.
The Israeli enemy continues its daily attacks on Lebanon by land, sea, and air, with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) recording more than ten thousand Zionist violations since the ceasefire agreement was announced on November 27, 2024.
