Larijani: We will not remain idle in U.S. threats face

Iran’s Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, said that while Iran views Switzerland’s positive diplomatic approach favorably, it will not remain idle in the face of U.S. threats.

During a phone call on Thursday with Swiss National Security Advisor Gabriel Lüschinger, Larijani stressed that despite Iran’s positive perception of Switzerland’s constructive orientations, Tehran will not remain passive toward U.S. misrepresentations that carry implicit threats.

According to Iran’s Al-Alam channel, the Swiss National Security Advisor affirmed his country’s full readiness to play a constructive role in de-escalation under the current circumstances.
