Lebanese Health Ministry: Citizen Killed in Israeli Airstrike

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced the death of a Lebanese citizen on Tuesday, following an Israeli airstrike that targeted a car in the Marjeyoun district of southern Lebanon, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement.

In a statement, the ministry said, “The Israeli airstrike today on a car on the Adaysseh-Markab road in the Marjeyoun district resulted in the death of a citizen.”

The Israeli enemy continues its daily attacks on Lebanon by land, sea, and air. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has recorded more than ten thousand Israeli violations since the ceasefire agreement was declared on November 27, 2014.
