Martyrs, wounded in widespread Israeli bombing of towns in Southern Lebanon

Israeli enemy warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on several towns in southern Lebanon on Wednesday, resulting in civilian casualties.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that five people were killed and three wounded in an airstrike on the town of al-Ramadiyah.

The warplanes also carried out a series of airstrikes targeting the towns of Qalawiyah, Safad al-Batikh (in two separate attacks), Barashit in the Bint Jbeil district, and Toulene in the Marjeyoun district, where injuries were reported.

The agency added that enemy artillery shelled the outskirts of the town of Al-Qouzah, and the area surrounding Bint Jbeil Governmental Hospital was targeted by enemy drones.

The agency added that Wadi al-Salouqi was subjected to an air raid, while the towns of Zawtar al-Sharqiya and al-Gharbiya in Nabatieh were subjected to concentrated artillery shelling, which in Zawtar al-Sharqiya led to the martyrdom of a citizen and the destruction of his targeted house. An enemy raid was also launched on the town of Kfar.
