Saree: Armed reconnaissance drone (Wing Loong II) shot down over Taiz

The Yemeni Armed Forces shot down an armed reconnaissance drone—a “Wing Loong II”—belonging to the Saudi enemy in Taiz governorate on Wednesday

In a statement, the official spokesperson for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, explained that the Armed Forces—by the grace of Allah—succeeded in downing the “Wing Loong II” armed reconnaissance drone while it was conducting hostile operations in the skies over Taiz Governorate.

He noted that this is the tenth such drone to be shot down since the Saudi adversary escalated its aggression against Yemen, confirming that it was brought down using an appropriate weapon.
