Security & Intelligence Service announces arrest of individuals linked to Israeli intelligence

The Security and Intelligence Service announced the arrest of a number of individuals who had been working with Israeli intelligence.

In a statement issued today, the agency said that, with Allah’s help and success, security authorities apprehended several individuals who had been directly cooperating with Israeli intelligence through the Military Intelligence Directorate (Aman), the Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations (Mossad), and other Israeli entities.

The statement indicated that these individuals carried out espionage activities for the benefit of Israel, including providing sensitive military and security information, coordinates of military and security sites, as well as various important data on a number of economic facilities in the country. They reportedly used a range of espionage software and communication applications of an intelligence nature to conduct their activities.

The Security and Intelligence Service expressed its gratitude to God for enabling this achievement, and praised the cooperation, vigilance, and awareness of the Yemeni people, describing them as a strong barrier against conspiratorial and sabotage efforts by hostile parties.

The agency also called on all citizens to maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance, noting that such awareness has played a significant role in thwarting attempts to target the country or undermine its positions in support of the Palestinian people and broader Islamic causes, as well as in confronting what it described as the Zionist plan referred to as “Greater Israel.”

The statement concluded with a Quranic verse:
“Those who disbelieve and avert [people] from the way of Allah – He will waste their deeds.” (Quran)
