WHO: More than 43,000 injured in Gaza

The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed on Monday that more than 43,000 people in the Gaza Strip are suffering from injuries requiring long-term rehabilitation, while only a third of the needed assistive devices have been provided so far, amid continued restrictions on the entry of medical supplies.

In a post on the “X” platform, the organization called for the immediate and unrestricted entry of assistive devices and medical supplies into the Gaza Strip, stressing the need to ensure unimpeded access for humanitarian aid.
