Yemeni Armed Forces Warn: US Ships Will Be Targeted If United States launches any aggression against Iran

The Yemeni Armed Forces have issued a stern warning that US ships and warships in the Red Sea will be targeted if the United States launches any aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In a statement released Saturday, the military declared that any US-Israeli attack on Iran—aimed at enabling full Israeli control over the region—will not be tolerated. Such aggression, they stated, constitutes an assault on the freedom, independence, and dignity of the entire Muslim nation and would lead to the occupation of lands, the plundering of resources, and the desecration of sacred values.

The statement emphasized that the current conflict is not limited to Iran but also encompasses ongoing crimes against Palestinians, Lebanese, Syrians, and Yemenis. It accused the Israeli enemy—backed and supported by the United States—of driving a Zionist plan to dominate the region by eliminating Iran as its most significant obstacle.

The military affirmed that it is closely monitoring all hostile movements in the region, including those targeting Yemen, and will take all necessary and legitimate measures to defend the nation and its people.

The statement concluded by reaffirming Yemen’s readiness to stand by any Arab or Muslim country facing Zionist aggression or choosing the path of resistance—especially in support of the Palestinian resistance—and vowed never to abandon the people of Gaza.

The statement comes amid reports that the Donald Trump administration in Washington is considering direct military intervention in support of the Israeli enemy.

The regime has suffered significant setbacks following Iran’s retaliatory military operation, True Promise III, which was launched in response to the Israeli aggression on Iran last Friday. That attack resulted in the assassination of Iranian military commanders, scientists, and civilians, including women and children.
