On this Friday, Sabeen Square, the largest square in the capital city of Sana’a, and other provinces witnessed massive crowds in a renewed million-man marches titled “In Solidarity with Gaza… Our Marches Continue, Our Operations Escalate.”
Millions of people participated in the marches, carrying Yemeni and Palestinian flags, military banners, and signs condemning the Jewish desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza. The demonstrators affirmed their unwavering support for Gaza, the continuation of marches, and the escalation of operations.
The protesters expressed their outrage at the ongoing crimes of the Zionist-American enemy, particularly through the manipulation of humanitarian aid, which they use as traps to kill and starve the Palestinian people.
A statement issued during the march said: “We praise Allah for His support of the Palestinian resistance fighters and our armed forces. We bless the escalation of Palestinian resistance operations and the successful operations of our Armed Forces deep in the Zionist enemy’s territory.
It pointed out that “the enemy has received—by Allah’s will—strong, resounding, and deterring blows witnessed by the entire world in audio and video,” praising the unprecedented and effective response of Yemen’s Armed Forces against the recent Zionist aggression on the country.
The statement added: “As we witness the powerful operations of the mujahideen in Gaza in recent days—inflicting heavy losses on the enemy through deadly ambushes—we also remember the suffering of the resistance fighters and all the people of Gaza under brutal massacres, starvation, thirst, and siege.”
The statement reaffirmed the Yemen will not retreat, tire, or abandon this stance, no matter the suffering and difficulties. All other options undoubtedly entail greater suffering—but without any outcome except shame, disgrace, and loss in this world and the Hereafter.”
