63 Palestinians killed by Israeli army fire in Gaza since dawn Friday

Sixty-three Palestinian civilians were killed and others wounded by Israeli army gunfire and bombardment across different areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn Friday, in what has been described as part of the enemy’s ongoing genocide and starvation campaign against the Palestinian people for nearly two years.

According to medical, local, and media sources monitored by the Yemen News Agency (SABA), Israeli forces targeted homes, residential buildings, civilian gatherings, tents of displaced families, and crowds waiting for aid in several parts of the Strip, with a focus on Gaza City, in an apparent attempt to forcibly displace its residents and seize control.

In Gaza City and the northern Strip, seven Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike on al-Shuja’iya neighborhood. Three others were killed and several wounded in an attack on a civilian gathering near al-Rifi station by Tunnel Street. In Tel al-Hawa, three Palestinians were killed near the Council of Ministers building, while another was killed and others wounded in an attack on the “Zarqa” area northeast of the city.

Three civilians were also killed and others wounded by Israeli fire near al-Jarjaoui fuel station north of the city, while two others were killed and several injured when Israeli forces shelled a civilian gathering at Gaza Municipality Park. In al-Rimal neighborhood, two Palestinians, including a young girl, were killed and others trapped under rubble after an Israeli airstrike on a house near the Palmira slaughterhouse. Another was killed and several injured in a strike on a residential building belonging to the al-Nounou family in the same neighborhood.

Anadolu Agency also reported that 18 more Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli attacks across Gaza City, though details were not immediately available.

In central Gaza, ten Palestinians waiting for aid were killed and others wounded by Israeli gunfire near a distribution center along the Netzarim corridor. Al-Awda Hospital reported the killing of eight Palestinians after an Israeli airstrike on a displaced persons’ tent in Nuseirat camp. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Gaza City separately confirmed the death of a young Palestinian as a result of systematic starvation, malnutrition, and lack of treatment enforced by Israel.

In southern Gaza, two Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes on neighborhoods of Khan Younis, while Israeli helicopters opened fire on homes in the city center. Palestinian civilian Kifah Saber Qudeih was also killed in an Israeli strike in the Mirage area south of Khan Younis.

In Rafah, one Palestinian waiting for aid was killed and others injured when Israeli soldiers opened fire near a distribution center in the Shakoush area northwest of the city.
