Zionist Enemy Renews Aggression on Southern Lebanon with Aerial and Artillery Bombing

The Zionist enemy renewed its aggression on Thursday evening on several areas in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that enemy aircraft launched a raid on the heights of the Al-Shaara locality adjacent to the outskirts of the town of Nabi Sheet, at the edge of the eastern mountain range of Lebanon.

In the same context, the agency mentioned that the enemy’s artillery targeted the forest of the town of Yaroun on Thursday evening with intermittent shelling. Simultaneously, a Merkava tank directly targeted a house in the “Al-Zaqaq” neighborhood in the town of Aitaroun.

The agency added that the enemy’s artillery bombed the outskirts of Yaroun town with heavy shells, the sound of which was heard in several southern areas.

The enemy forces also targeted the Marjayoun plain towards the town of Khiam with five shells, coinciding with a machine-gun sweeping operation launched from the newly established position on Hamams Hill towards the plain.
